March’2015
1. BPAC between AII-AHO have been commissioned with Single Section Digital Axle Counter.
2. Application of Real time fault message to signal staff through Data Logger has been commissioned.
3. Starter signal shifting at boundary of track circuit have been completed at 06 stations (DET, GGR, SNYN, HMG, MDPA & BHL) in AII-COR section to improve safety of trains.
4. Sliding Boom at LC-78 (GGR), 75 (RPZ) and LC-9 (MJ) has been commissioned.5. 03 Nos. over aged Point Machines were replaced at DOZ-01, BGG-01 and AII-01. 6. 2.500 Tons of scrap and 04 Nos. of released DG sets have been sent to scrap depot,
Ajmer from the MD-MJ section.
Feb’2015
1. Safety integrity test conducted at SDH, JTY, BSJ, AUWA, NSD Panel stations at
officer level.
2. 02 Nos. over aged Point Machines were replaced at FA-01, BNS-01.
3. 03 Nos. NBT Block Instruments collected from Byculla S&T workshop replaced at
RGQ of RGQ-HMT, at RGQ of RGQ-LSD & at FLD of FLD-KBK block sections.
4. Fuse separation work has been completed at 04 Stations in current month (Total 44)
stations out of 86 stations in the Division.
5. 12 Nos. of 2V/80AH replaced at AII station.
6. 02 Nos. New lifting barrier with reduced height provided on LC-1B & 43B.
7. Traffic LC gate No. 25 (BER Yard) closed, as RUB constructed.
8. Three additional NODES has been provided in engineering department for rail net.
Jan’2015
1. LEDs with modified Current Regulator of new version for main aspect have been
replaced at DET, BHL, RPI, BJNR, MAKH, SGW, BDW, NSD, HTD, ROS, JWS
stations (11 Stations). Total 42 stations LEDs have been replaced with latest RDSO
specification in this year.
2. Safety integrity test conducted at BNGM, LNA, KRW, HTD, FA, SOH, KIN Panel
stations at officer level.
3. 05 Nos. over aged Point Machines were replaced at MJ-03. BGG-01, FA-01.
4. 20 stations in AII- COR section has been changed from DC lighting of Signal to AC
lighting. Now all BG- MACLS stations of Division are with AC lighting of signals.
5. 01 Nos. NBT Block Instruments collected from Byculla S&T workshop replaced at
HMT of HMT-RGQ block section.
6. Fuse separation work has been completed at 40 stations out of 86 stations in the
Division.
7. Traffic LC gate No. 23 (BNGM Yard) closed, as RUB constructed.

8. LEDs with modified Current Regulator of new version for main aspect have been
replaced at SNYN, HMG, MDPA, DWL, MDL, LMA, RLR, SSR, AHO, KZQ,
AUWA, BGG stations (12 Stations). In last two months at 31 stations new modified
LEDs replaced.
9. 55 Nos. of over aged secondary cells replaced at various stations (55 Nos. 2v/300AH
at BER) to improve reliability of signaling power supply system.
10.03 Nos. over aged Point Machines were replaced at BFY-01, CTT-01, BNS-01.
11.AII-GSD 64 kbps connectivity provided on RCIL for data-logger.
Nov’2014
1. LEDs with modified Current Regulator of new version for main aspect have been
replaced at BAR, HP, GRI, CNL, BGX, BQN, SOD, BFY, DRS, MJ, BWA, SOS,
JAL, DET, GGR. FA, BGPR, RANI, BRLY (19 Stations).
2. 13 ELDs has been provided at JAL, SOS, AU, NSD, BDW, BJNR, RPI, LMA,
MDPA, HMG, SNYN, GGR, DET stations.
3. 110 of over aged secondary cells replaced at various stations (55 Nos. 2v/300AH at
AUWA & 55 Nos. 2v/300 AH at MD) to improve reliability of signaling power
supply system.
4. UDZ to GSD all the data logger circuits earlier working on 6 quad cable have been
transferred to Rly OFC.
5. 03 Nos. over aged Point Machines were replaced at AII-01, MJ-01, and BGG-01.
6. Ten Nos. of track chargers replaced at SEU in MD-MJ section.
Oct’2014
1. Nineteen track chargers replaced at SEU station.
2. 04 Nos. over aged Point Machines were replaced at MKRA-01, CNL-02 and HP-01.
3. 13 of over aged secondary cells replaced at various stations (13 Nos. 2v/120AH at BRLY) to Improve reliability of signaling power supply system.
4. Four ELDs has been provided at SSR, SGW, MAKH and ROS stations.

2. Slide boom interlocking commissioned at LC gate 153 (in IQG yard) in MJ-PNU section. It will improve safety at LC gate and punctuality in case of LC gate damage/ defective.

5. 04 Nos. over aged Point Machines were replaced at AII-01, SDH-01, HP-02.6. VRV station downgraded from ‘B’ class to ‘D’ class in UDZ-HMT section on

3. 90 of over aged secondary cells replaced at various stations (36 Nos. 2v/120AH at
HTD, 40 Nos. 2v/120AH at NSD, 12 Nos. 2v/80AH at JTY, 12 No. 2V/120AH at
JYM, 12 Nos. 2V/40AH at JW and 02 Nos2v/80AH at FAN) to improve reliability
of signaling circuits
4. 06 Nos. over aged Point Machines were replaced at (BJNR-01, MAKH-01, MJ-01,
GRI-01, CNL-01and ABR-01) stations in the division

SZA, 13 Nos. 2v/120AH at KRJD, 36 Nos. 2v/120AH at RPI, 55 Nos. 2v/200AH at
LC-46, 55 Nos. 2v/200AH at GHMC) to improve reliability of signaling circuits

stations in the division.
3. Safety audit team of HQ inspected MJ-SOD section of the division.
1. 3 Nos. Un-Managed L-2 switch have been replaced by Managed L-2 switch for
improvement of Railtel in DRM Office Ajmer.
VRLA Battery of 2V/200AH of 48 Nos. have been replaced at JAL & KRJD for
improvement of reliability of Telecom circuits
2. 2MB Rail net connectivity to ZTRI/UDZ extended from NWR/HQ, in lieu of
Ajmer.Selection for ranker quota, JE/Tele (02) has been completed and to be sent for
Pre- promotional training to STS/SBI.
3. DET-GGR Quad cable Phantom Circuit tested for UTS working.
4. VHF communication equipment with voice logging facility installed and
commissioned at RRI tower, Ajmer.
5. Weigh Bridge locations at KVJ and DRB has been commissioned for TMS.
6. 64 KBPS BSNL Channel from ZW to DNRP and MJ to KIN has been
commissioned for providing route diversity to UTS.
7. 64 KBPS BSNL UTS channel commissioned between ZW-RGQ in UDZ-HMT
section. And ZW-SES & SES-JAL channel surrendered as SES station closed.
8. PA system has been provided at Pushkar for ‘Pushkar Fair’.
9. 05 Nos. Rail net connections provided at Ajmer for use of its applications.
10. Railway Auto telephone provided on way side stations at 17 locations through OFC
in AII-PNU section to Station Master and Signal staff.
11. 02 Nos. 25 Watt VHF sets with scanning facility have been provided at MDPA and
LC-173 in UDZ section.
12. 09 Nos. of additional IP DLSAM rail net connections provided at Ajmer.
13. 25 Watt VHF sets with scanning facility have been provided at 15 stations.
14. Battery and battery charger have been replaced at Loco W/Shop Exchange & UDZ
exchange.
15. V-30MUX have been replaced by V-100 MUX at 24 locations in MD-MJ section.
16. 25 Watt VHF sets have been provided at 5 LC gates in MG section.
17. PRS has been commissioned at SRPJ as PRS cum UTS.
18. New IPS has been commissioned at LC Gate No. 69B and 83B in AII-COR section
19. 25 Watt VHF sets with scanning facility have been provided at 15 stations.
20. Battery and battery charger have been replaced at Loco W/Shop Exchange & UDZ
exchange.
21. V-30MUX have been replaced by V-100 MUX at 24 locations in MD-MJ section.
22. 25 Watt VHF sets have been provided at 5 LC gates in MG section.
23. PRS has been commissioned at SRPJ as PRS cum UTS.
24. Additional STM-I has been provided at GLO Exchange, to enhance bandwidth
availability for various Data Circuits around DRM premises.
25. All hot lines between AII division and JP have been shifted from copper to OFC by
installing additional PD-MUX at AII and HQ Office JP.
26. 11 Nos. of FOIS Data channels have been shifted from Copper to OFC at Ajmer
local area.
1. IPS have been commissioned at MJ (2 Nos.) in MD-PNU section in lieu of
conventional power supply to improve reliability & maintenance efforts.
2. Back up capacity of signal power supply has been improved by replacing 110 Nos.
of over-aged Secondary batteries of IPS circuit (55 Nos. 2V/300AH at BJNR, 55
Nos. 2V/300AH at SGW).
3. Back up capacity of signal power supply has been improved by replacing 56 Nos. of
over-aged Secondary batteries in other signaling circuits (36 Nos. 2V/80AH at
BRLY and 20 Nos. 2V/80AH at FA).
4. Wooden layout of Pt. No. 201 & 202 have been replaced by PSC sleeper lay out at
SEU station it will improve reliability of point.
5. 140 No. DC ECRs (QECR-62) replaced with Universal AC LED ECR (QECX-
52)at 5 stations (MDPA, BHL, LMA, RLE and RPI) in AII-COR section.
1. Replaced 02 Nos. old worn out Point machines at SOD station by new IRS type
machine to improve reliability of signaling gears at SOD
2. CRB/Railway Board visited Ajmer on 15.07.2013.
3. 02 JE/Sig, 11 ESMs Gr.-II and 06 ESM Gr.-III have reported to division through
RRB and medical has been conducted of all the candidates
4. 20 Helper Khallasis has been resumed and posted in the Division through RRC.
5. 112 No. DC ECRs (QECR-2) replaced with Universal AC LED ECR (QECX-52)
at 4 stations (HMG, SNYN, GGR and DET) in AII-COR section
6. 8.545 Tons of scrap has been sent to scrap depot, Ajmer from the MD-MJ section.
7. Back up capacity of signal power supply has been improved by replacing 36 Nos. of
over-aged Secondary batteries in other signaling circuits (12 Nos. 2V/80AH at ZW,
12 Nos. 2V/120AH at RDD and 12 Nos. 2V/40AH at RGQ)
8. Back up capacity of signal power supply has been improved by replacing 385Nos.
of over-aged Secondary batteries of IPS circuit (55 Nos. 2V/300AH at GGR, 55
Nos. 2V/300AH at RLR, 55 Nos.2V/300AH at MDPA, 55 Nos. 2V/300AH at PMO,
55 Nos. 2V/300AH at GSD, 110 Nos 2V/500AH at AII)
9. 04 Nos. Point Machines were replaced (HP-01, CNL-01, AUWA-01 and BFY-01).
10. IPS commissioned at BGX and RN in MD-PNU section.
11. Data logger Management Center work completed (PHASE-II) at Divisional control
office.
12. IPS has been installed and commissioned at 5 stations (BGG, BWA, SOS, JAL and
BGPR) in MD-PNU section to replace over aged conventional power supply
arrangement
13. LC-42A and LC-4 has been closed due to RUB commissioned.
14. Posting exam of SSE/Sig (02), SSE/Tele (01), JE/Sig (04) and JE/Tele(01) has been
completed.
15. Trade test of 20 ESM-III for ESM-II has been completed to fill up vacancies in
ESM-II
16. Chain interlocking has been provided and commissioned at LC-68A and LC-81A in
AII- COR section to improve reliability of Signaling System
17. 03 Nos. Point Machines were replaced ( 02 Nos. at DRS, 01 No at BGX Stations).
18. E-1 Back Up connectivity for Data Logger from BER, APA, DRS, MJ, FA, BRLY,
MXO & ABR provided.
19. Back up capacity of signal power supply has been improved by replacing 102 Nos.
of over-aged secondary batteries. (55 Nos. 2V/300AH at JWS, 12 Nos. 2V/80AH at
MJ, 13 Nos. 2V/120AH at BAR, 13 Nos. 2V/120AH at MKRA, 06 Nos. 2V/200AH
at FA and 03 Nos. 2V/450AH at IQG & KRJD).
20. 17 Nos. of defective glued joints has been replaced at 13 stations (LMA-01, SOS-
02, AUWA-01, MJ-02, BGX-02, BQN-01, HP-02, CNL-01, KTR-01, BNS-01,
BMN-01, NANA-01 and MAA-01) to improve reliability of track circuits.
21. Back up capacity of signal power supply has been improved by replacing 44 Nos. of
over-aged secondary batteries. (13 Nos. 2V/120AH at JAL, 13 Nos. 2V/80AH at
SOS and 18 Nos. 2V/80AH at BJNR).
22. 10 Nos. of defective glued joints has been replaced at 05 stations (KWI-01, MXO-
02, ABR-02, MAA-01, SIM-01 and MOI-03) to improve reliability of track circuits.
23. 22 No. LED aspects have been replaced in main signals at 2 stations (BAR-16 Nos.
& MJ- 6 Nos.) to improve reliability of Signaling system.
24. SSDAC Installed at MDPA station on line No 3 for dual detection of berthing track
of Line no 3.
25. At 05 Nos LC Gates alterations in circuit for road users signal provided (LC-74 at
RN, LC-104 at SOH, LC-101 at KVJ, LC-108 at BNS, LC-118 at BMN. (When
Emergency chain locking effective, road user signal will show RG aspect).By this
all LC gates of Ajmer division having key chain locking, road user signal will show
RG aspect.
26. 05 No stations (MDPA, HMG, SNYN, GGR and DET) provided with new overlap
released Ckt.
27. Timing of overlap timer has been reduced from 120 Seconds to 60 seconds at DOZ.
28. Networking of Data Logger has been done with HQ office, Jaipur.
29. 90 Nos. of LED aspects have been provided in subsidiary signals at 05 stations
(DET, GGR, SNYN, HMG and MDPA) in AII-COR section.
30. Back up capacity of signal power supply has been improved by replacing 145Nos.
of over-aged/defective Secondary batteries.
31. Replaced 02 Nos. old worn out Point machine (BQN-01 and BNS-01) by new IRS
type machine to increase reliability.
32. Wooden layout of Pt. No. 106, 110, 115 and 139 have been replaced by PSC sleeper
lay out at Ajmer station, to improve reliability of Point Machines.
33. 14 Nos. of defective glued joints have been replaced at 09 stations.
34. 19Nos. old/defective point insulation sets have been replaced in MD-MJ section.
35. Widening of boom at LC-31 Spl between SEU-APA completed in MD-MJ section.
36. 05 Stations (JO, GGO, SJS, KDL and SES) have been downgraded from ‘B’ class
to halt stations in UDZ-HMT section
37. Point reversal logic has been incorporated for rest 36 stations in data logger at fault
control office.
38. Track circuit No. 102T at ABR station has been bifurcated into two Track circuits to
increase safety.
39. Replaced 13 Nos. old worn out Point machines (SOD-01, MD-03, DOZ-02, SDH-
04 and MKRA-03) by new IRS type machine to increase reliability.
40. Back up capacity of signal power supply has been improved by replacing 63Nos. of
over-aged/defective Secondary batteries (13 Nos. 2V/120AH at HP, 24 Nos.
2V/40AH at BNGM and 26 Nos. 2V/120AH at BER)10 Nos. of defective glued
joints have been replaced at 07 stations (BQN-02, SOD-02, SRPJ-01, BNS-02,
BRLY-01, KZQ-01 and RANI-01)
41. 30 No. Conventional ECRs (QECX-51/52) replaced with Universal AC LED ECR
(QECX-61) at MJ.
42. 860 PPTC fuses have been provided in the division.
