Sacraments
Bapsmal Preparaon is offered, for families seeking bap-
sm for their first born child, at our Guardian Angels site at
11:00AM on the first Saturday of every month so this
Summer, those Saturdays would be 6/2, 7/7, 8/4 and 9/1.
RCIA Rite of Chrisan Iniaon of Adults will begin with
a period of inquiry this summer for anyone who has never
been bapzed or was bapzed in another Chrisan Tradi-
on and now feel drawn to the Catholic Faith. We are also
here to serve and guide adults who were bapzed and per-
haps made their First Communion as young children, but
never had the opportunity to complete their iniaon in
the Catholic Church through Confirmaon.
Year 1 or 2 Confirmaon preparaon for teens. The prepa-
raon process for Confirmaon of teens can begin when
the Candidate is entering 8th
grade. It is a two year
process, with the Confirmaon Celebraon happening
in the Easter Season of the Candidates second year of
preparaon. For example, if a teen entering 8th
grade
in September began Confirmaon prep. in September
2018, he or she can plan to celebrate his/her Confir-
maon in the Easter Season of 2020.

(Continued from page 1) Everyday Stewardship
What else is there to give when one
has already given away their body
and their life? What more can one
say or do to demonstrate love for another when all they
have has been given to another? This total giving of self to
loved ones cannot be trumped by flowery words or materi-
al gics that are fleeng. This is the ulmate in love. This is
the love Jesus had for us on the way to his passion, at the
instuon of the Holy Eucharist. This is the love he has for
us daily in the celebraon of the Mass on altars in every
church, in every city, in every naon on earth. No one can
give more. No one can ask for more. This is the true heart
of Chrisan stewardship.
If you take the me to gaze upon your God in the simplest
of forms and begin to reflect on what has actually taken
place with bread and wine becoming the presence of the
Divine, then you can begin to understand true humility,
sacrifice, and love. And when you have the privilege to
take that Real Presence into your body at the meal where
you are an honored guest, you become one with the one
who is the embodiment of stewardship. Then, you must
ask the queson of yourself, "How can I even begin to re-
flect the love that I have encountered at this feast?"
The answer is you can begin with the simple acons of the
day: where will you go, whom will you meet, and in what
work will you partake? Jesus Christ has shown that the
greatest gic ever given can be disguised in this world in a
piece of bread. By joining your body to his, he can now
transform human hearts, not by grand acts but by every-
day acts, by everyday people, praccing Everyday Steward-
ship.

dio, and print media. And ficy percent of funds collected
