    BODY STRENGTH (All Levels)

    Strength class working the upper body, lower body

    and abdominals. Use of dumbbells and mats.

    YOGA (All Levels)

    Multi-level fitness based yoga where poses are

    held longer.

    *SPINNING

    Performed on a stationary bike - fun, low-impact,musically charged, group activity. This program

    will address many fitness goals to include:

    strength, endurance, weight loss, & cardiovascular

    training. The participant determines the level of

    workout they wish to undertake.

    SPINNING

    National Mens Health WeekA weeklong health observance in an effort to

    promote mens health & importance. Fitness

    classes, giveaways, community info., & more!!

    Open to all students & faculty/staff!

    Open to all students, faculty/staff, & families!

    *CHILDRENS CREATIVE DANCE CLASSA fun introduction for beginning dancers to

    discovering how energetic and fun dancing is.

    Young students will have a chance to explore movement

    through music, stretching, and dance exercises while

    developing strength, flexibility, gross motor skills, creativity,

    musicality, and coordination.

    Thursdays, June 6th - July 18th* (6 week course)

    No Class on July 4th

    9-10 am / Aerobics Room

    Girls and Boys; Ages 2-6

    $20/child; $15 per additional child

    (payment is due on the 1st day of class-cash or check only)

    *YOUTH BASKETBALL CLINICYour child will learn basic fundamentals & develop a

    passion for the sport of basketball. Basketball is a teamsport; they will learn essential values of playing with &

    trusting others. Theyll participate in agility exercises to

    strengthen their motor skills through fun exercises that

    include ball-handling, passing, shooting, balance &

    dribbling. They can convert their high energy through

    focused running and jumping while teaching them how to

    be part of a team. Well be providing a variety of drills and

    games that will make each practice session fun, enjoyable

    and memorable for your child.

    Saturdays, June 8th - August 3rd* (8 week course)

    No Class on July 6th10-11 am / Gym

    Girls and Boys; Ages 4-12

    $20/child; $15 per additional child
