It is a blessing to worship in the Wesley Way congregation every Sunday! Whether
this is your first visit or you’re a charter member, I hope this is a meaningful time of
worship for you and I hope you feel the presence of the Holy Spirit during today’s
service. Wesley Way offers two worship opportunities. The informal, contemporary
service meets at 8:30am and the traditional service at 10:30am. Both services meet in
the sanctuary.

Vacation Bible School June 26 -30 9:00am-12:00pm
Hero Central: Discover Your Strength in
God! The kids will go on an awesome
adventure alongside some of their favorite
Bible heroes and discover the qualities that
make us truly heroic in God.
VBS registration forms are located on the
bulletin board across from the nursery. Please
fill out the registration form and place $5.00
payment in the box on the table. We still need
a few more volunteers. If you could keep
the nursery one morning, that would help
out! Sign-up sheets are located on the board
for both adult and youth volunteers! If you
have any questions, please see Tabitha
Hunsucker. Please return all donations by
tomorrow, Monday, June 19. Please wear
these colors each day to VBS: Monday:
red; Tuesday: yellow; Wednesday: green;
Thursday: orange; Friday: blue.

Hiawassee to the Georgia Mountain Fair and
other activities July 25 - 27. More details to
follow.
BABY BASKETS Wesley Way will be welcoming two
babies to our church family in the next
several months. Please consider helping the
families by filling the baskets in the narthex
and showering the families with Wesley Way
love!
The McKaigs are expecting Caroline
Elizabeth on July 3. Caroline will be joining
her two big brothers, Carson and Cole.
The Robersons are expecting baby boy
Roberson on September 14. This is baby #3
(the second boy) and will join his older
siblings, Kyleigh and Cohan.

Youth Activities Today No Youth activities this afternoon in honor of
Father’s Day. Enjoy time with your family!
Got Tuesday For our Got Tuesday trip on June 20, we will
go tubing and ride waterslides in Helen. We
will depart the church at 9:00am. Please
bring a sack lunch (with lots of food since
you will be hungry after floating in the water
all day). Wear your bathing suit, bring sun-
screen and an extra set of clothes. We will
call parents on the way home. Cost: $15.00
Youth Summer Mission Trip We will have 29 youth and adults attending
River of Life mission in Dallas, Georgia,
Wednesday, June 21 - Sunday, June 25. This
will be a great experience for all involved —
working with a community of Christians and
learning to love our neighbors. Please be in
prayer for all attending and what God has in
store for them during that week.
CRAFT MINISTRY We will be crafting on July 13, 14, 15 and
holding demos and classes to get a head start
on Christmas gifts. We are also going to offer
another beginners’ sewing class!
Wesley Way Preschool Register now for the 2017-2018 school year!
We offer 3 & 5 day classes from 9:00-12:20.
We have classes available for 6 months - 4
years of age. See preschool bulletin board for
registration forms.
Our school offers the following:

Learning activities are created to be fun
Our students perform on stage during
the year
Our students participate in foreign
language, Chapel & Music
Art & Music utilized daily in classroom
Our teachers are dedicated to your
children
