This Notice is published pursuant to provisions of Section 124(6) of theCompanies Act, 2013 (Act) read with Investor Education and ProtectionFund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016(IEPF Rules) which requires the Company to transfer the shares forwhich dividend has not been claimed for 7 (seven) consecutive years toInvestor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), a Fund constituted bythe Government of India under Section 125 of the Companies Act,2013.Therefore, Notice is hereby given to the shareholders that the Companywill be proceeding to initiate action for transmission of shares of theshareholders whose Dividend is unclaimed for more than seven years.The Company has been sending reminder letters to the shareholderswith a request to claim their outstanding dividend amount.
