I am in receipt of your letter dated July 17, 2006. It is my
understanding that you arewilling 10 assist Ms. Dombrowski
concerning the visitation with the child, I wouldstrongly urge you
to contact the lawyers in this case. I trust that you can
appreciatethe fact that the court is precluded from having
ex-partecommunication with theparties. Suffice to say Ms.
Dombrowski has not been treated as victim lost in the
judicial system. As stated previously, communication with the

understanding the complexities of theproblems that we are trying to
resolve herein.
