• No online application necessary

• We create the permit record when the initial commercialconstruction permit is picked up

o Show proof that you are a licensed contractor to pick uppermits and pay permit fee (No change)

o Give us the MEP subcontractor’s information andproject valuation (NEW)

• The MEP subcontractor just uses e-permits to find and payfor their permit, not apply for it
