Jody Kuzenko has been named president and CEO of Torex Gold Kuzenko was most recently the company’s COO and joined the company in June 2018. Prior to joining Torex, she spent 14 years with Inco/Vale, where she held senior-level roles in the company’s business strategy, refining, production, sustainability and legal divisions. Kuzenko holds a bachelor of laws and spent the first eight years of her professional career as a litigation lawyer. Danny Callow has been appointed president and CEO of African Gold Group; Callow was most recently the company’s COO.

Edgar Barrios is now a senior mining consultant for Altamira Gold.

Alister Hume is now the business development manager for Altus Strategies, a mining royalty company.

Igor Gonzales has been appointed as the COO of Appian Capital, an investment advisory firm to private equity funds that invest in mining.

Pedro Villigran Garcia is now a VP of Argo Gold and will assist with various corporate efforts.

Raymond Jannas is now the president and CEO of Atex Resources, replacing Carl Hansen, who will take on the role of non-executive chairman of the board.

Ian Slater is now the president and CEO of Auramex, replacing Lawrence Roulston who will continue as a director. Ravshan Ismadiyarov is now the company’s CFO and Judy McCall has been named corporate secretary. Both of these positions were previously held by Michael O’Brien.

Louis Gariepy is now an advisor to Blue Thunder Mining; Gariepy is a geological engineer and is currently the VP of exploration with O3 Mining.

Christian Brousseau has been appointed project director for Canada Nickel’s Crawford project.

Luis Miguel Inchaustegui Zevallos is now an advisor to and a director of Canariaco Copper Peru, Candente Copper’s Peruvian subsidiary.

David Fleming is now the interim VP of exploration with Colorado Resources; Fleming was the VP of exploration with Foran Mining between 2011 and 2018.

Wally Boguski has stepped down from his roles as COO and a director of Crystal Lake Mining; Maurizio Napoli has retired from his roles as interim president and VP of exploration with the company. Cole Evans has assumed the role of president and CEO.

Maria Wells is now the corporate secretary of District Metals, following Emily Davis’ resignation.

Quinton Hennigh is now a technical and senior business advisor with Eloro Resources.

Stuart Moller is now VP of exploration with FenixOro Gold; Moller is also a director of the company.

Jamie Beck has been named president, CEO and a director of Filo Mining. Adam Lundin has stepped down as Filo Mining’s CEO and transitioned to the chairman role. Erin Johnson has also joined the

company’s board; Johnson is managing director of the Lundin Foundation.

Arvin Ramos has been named CFO of First Mexican Gold, following Nicole Wood’s resignation.

Thibaut Segeral is now the

president and CEO of Fieldex Exploration, replacing Martin Dallaire who resigned as president, CEO and a director of the company to focus on Visible Gold Mines.

Gary Economo, Focus Graphite’s president and CEO, will retire at the end of June.

Patricia Penney has been named interim CFO of Fortune Minerals; she was previously the company’s controller.

Will Randall is now president, CEO and a director of Freeman Gold, replacing Howard Milne, who will continue as a consultant to the company. Dean Besserer has been named VP of exploration.

Golden Tag Resources has named Greg McKenzie president, CEO and a director with Carmelo Marrelli appointed to the CFO role. Will Ansley is now the company’s VP of corporate development and investor relations. These

announcements follow the resignations of Bruce Robbins as an interim CEO and director and of Marc Carrier as director, president and CFO.

Nick Winer has been appointed the VP of exploration for Great Panther Mining.

Blair Naughty is now the president and CEO of Great Thunder Gold.

Rob McLeod is now the CEO and a director of Heatherdale Resources, replacing David Copeland, who has stepped down from his roles as executive chairman and CEO.

Steve Douglas has joined Hudbay Minerals as a senior VP and CFO.

Greg Gibson is joining Kirkland Lake Gold as a special advisor to the CEO on business process improvement.

Tania Barreto Shaw has been named head of investor relations with Maritime Resources.

Paul Carmel, Mason Graphite’s interim CEO and chairman, will resign on Sept. 1 to pursue another opportunity.

Mark Saxon is now the president and CEO of Medallion Resources. Don Lay, the company’s current president and CEO, will transition to a strategic advisor role and remain on the board of directors.

Luther Nip has been named interim CFO of Monument Mining.

Brent Petterson has left his post as CFO of Nevada Sunrise Gold. Michael Sweatman, the company’s chairman, will act as interim CFO.

Alan Hitchborn has joined New Placer Dome’s advisory board as a senior technical advisor. Hitchborn is an exploration geologist with almost 40 years of experience in mineral exploration and mine operations. Cal Everett, Liberty Gold’s president and CEO, has also joined New Placer Dome as a senior financial advisor.

Derek Teevan is now the VP of aboriginal and governmental affairs with NioBay Metals.

Chris Zahovskis has resigned from his role as president and CEO of Northcliff Resources. The company plans to search for a new president and CEO. Andrew Ing, the company’s current CFO, will act as interim CEO and Luqman Khan will be appointed interim CFO.

David Prins has resigned from his post as VP of operations with Pretium Resources and will be leaving the company on Aug. 31.

Daniel Kunz has been appointed CEO of Prime Mining, replacing Andrew Bowering who is now an executive VP with the company. Both Kunz and Bowering remain on the company’s board. Kunz is also stepping down from his role as executive chairman.

Rahul Paul has been promoted to the president role with Radisson Mining; he was most recently the company’s CFO.

Toby Bradbury is now the president and CEO of Rambler Metals and Mining following Andre Booyzen’s resignation; Bradbury is a director of the company.

Kelso Cartwright is now the CFO of Sable Resources.

Shane Williams is now the COO of Skeena Resources; most recently, Williams spent six years with Eldorado Gold, where he held the role of VP of operations and capital projects.

Steve Dawson is now VP of corporate development with Tri Origin Exploration.

Ty Dinwoodie is now the president of Ucore Rare Metals and Kurt Forrester has been named the company’s VP of metallurgy. Ucore is also searching for a permanent CEO following its acquisition of Innovation Metals.

Robert Fraser is now a senior technical advisor for Urbangold Minerals; Fraser

was directly involved with the discovery of the Troilus mine in the late 1980s by Kerr Addison Mines.

Thiago Diniz has joined ValOre Metals as an in-country project geologist.

Andrew MacRitchie is now CFO of Virginia Energy Resources, succeeding Karen Allan.

Munkhsaikhan Dambiinyam has been named COO of Xanadu Mines and will be based in Mongolia; Munkhsaikhan has been the company’s CFO since May 2018. The company’s executive team will now include Andrew Stewart as CEO, Spencer Cole as CFO, Ganbayar Lkhagvasuren as an executive director and Mat Brown as chief geologist.

Sylvain Lépine has been appointed VP of exploration with Yorbeau Resources.

BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS

African Gold Group has restructured its board: Scott Eldridge has been appointed non-executive chairman, Jan-Erik Back is now vice-chairman, and John Begeman is the lead independent director. The company also intends to change its name to Avion2 Gold.

Bob Li has joined the board of Ares Strategic Mining.

Alan Ferry is now the chairman of the board for Avalon Advanced Materials.

Bond Resources has appointed new members to its board, following its acquisition of MJ Mining. These include Scott Brison and Valery Zamuner, with Gary Arca and Cynthia Avelino stepping down as directors. Arca continues to serve as CFO, and Avelino is the company’s secretary.

Chris Wardrop and Jonathan Armes are now on the board of Argo Gold.

Brad Rourke and Ian Slater are joining the board of Auramex with Richard Savage and Marie Brannstrom stepping down from the board; Brannstrom will continue as the company’s VP of operations.

Mario Caron has joined Mako Mining’s board, replacing Cesar Gonzalez who has stepped down as a director but will remain VP of corporate development.

Gérald Riverin has joined Maple Gold Mines as a director and is also on the company’s technical advisory committee.

Jon Bey has been appointed to the board of MinKap Resources.

Sandra du Toit has stepped down from the board of Mkango Resources.

Yohann Bouchard has joined the board of Monarch Gold.

Alex Henry is now the chairman of Moneta Porcupine Mines’ board. Mark Ashcroft has also been appointed to the board of directors with Warren Bates and Patricia Sheahan stepping down from the board.

Ken Robertson is now on the board of Mountain Province Diamonds with William Lamb stepping down as a director.

Michael Neumann has retired from the boards of New Age Metals and El Nino Ventures.

Hang Peng is now on the board of New Era Minerals and replaces Tianxiang Sun as chairman; Sun will continue as a director.

Mark Cruise has joined the board of New Pacific Metals; Cruise assumed the CEO position in April after serving as New Pacific’s COO.

Charles Riopel is now the interim chairman of North American Nickel’s board and Douglas Ford has been named interim lead independent director. John Sabine has stepped down from his position as non-executive chairman and resigned from the board.

Murray John has been appointed chairman of Prime Mining’s board with Paul Sweeney and Marc Prefontaine also joining as directors, replacing Bruce Durham, Gregory Liller and Jorge Ramiro Monroy. Liller will continue as the company’s VP and COO.

Leanne Baker, Chantal Gosselin, Robert Leckie, Peter Nixon and Catherine Stevens will be retiring from the board of Reunion Gold. New director candidates include Adrian Fleming and Rick Cohen.

Simon Jackson is now the non-executive chairman of Sarama Resources. Adrian Byass and Steve Zaninovich have also joined the board with Sean Harvey and David Groves stepping down as directors.

Frank Mariage has been appointed chairperson of Sidex’s board of directors, succeeding Élaine Phénix. Sidex is an organization backed by the Quebec government, tasked with investing in exploration companies active in the province.

Maria Nathanail has been appointed to the board of Silver Mountain Mines.

Kevin Reid, Michael Gentile and Blair Schultz are now on the board of Solstice Gold with Marty Tunney and Chad Ulansky stepping down as directors. Tunney will continue as president of the company and Ulansky will be a consultant.

Paula Caldwell St-Onge has joined Teranga Gold’s board of directors with Christopher Lattanzi and Edward Goldenberg stepping down from the board.

Fred Stanford is now the executive chair of Torex Gold with Rick Howes named lead independent director. Terry MacGibbon has retired from his role as founding chairman; Jim Crombie and Bill Shaver have also stepped down as directors.

Andrew Smith has joined the board of True North Gems to fill a vacancy following Zygmunt Riddle’s resignation.

Paul Fisher has resigned from the board of Victory Nickel.
