RORO- Go Live BOXCO Logistics P. Ltd. (of the J. M. BAXI Group) recently had

gone live in SAP on a new business segment named RORO (Roll

Of /Roll Off) which was added to their existing business divisions

Project and Bulk. Boxco had acquired a specialized Barge Vessel

to facilitate RORO operations.

Every Roll-On Roll-Off operation is unique, depending on lots of

internal and external factors like the time of the day, tides , the gra-

dient of the terrain, the stability of the barge to name a few. Thus

precision required in RORO operations involves close monitoring

and control.

BOXCO Logistics, Project Logistics Division believes in partnering through inno-

vative business models in their growth plans. The Project Division handles the

logistics operations of General Cargo and ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo)

The Bulk Handling division of BOXCO Logistics, specializing in bulk and break-

bulk cargo operations, is an efficient and professionally managed maritime logis-

tics service provider which provides comprehensive transport and logistics ser-

vices across all major ports in India.

Currently they are using standard SAP for Logistics Business requirements and

most operations (excepting Finance ) outside SAP.

The primary objective of this Enhancement Project is increase usage of SAP for

their Logistic Operations and other business requirements and also increase effi-

ciency of existing operations in SAP.

ConstAccent would explore and implement the DMS Component using SAP Con-

tent Server, PS Optimization, ECM Methodology, EP and PO (Process Orchestra-

tion) – Single Sign On from EP Server, Optimum usage of Work Flow in Project

(for alert mails), Explore developments of JMB not used in BOXCO which can be

used in this Enhancement Project.

Health Tips Don’t catch the Mon-

soon Fever

Rains are great to beat the heat, but they also bring

along a host of illness and diseases. Keep common monsoon ailments at bay

with our to-do list :

Gear Up : Carry umbrella / raincoat / windcheater

along with you while step-ping out.

Avoid outside food and water : Food and Water

gets easily contaminated in the rains. Eat out only if

you have to.

Carry Clothes, stay dry : Keep an extra set of

clothes with you at office. This will let you stay dry even if you get caught in

heavy rains.

Drink lots of boiled or warm water : It helps in flushing out the toxins.

Increase your intake of Vit-amin C with foods like or-anges, papaya, bell pep-pers, Brussels Sprouts,

Cauli Flower, Lemon Juice, Strawberries to name a

few. Don’t forget to wash them thoroughly before

having these fruits.

ConstAccent kicked off analytics project for Dana Spicer across their func-

tions.

The projects is split into 3 phases, Covering finance , logistics & other opera-

tional areas of Dana

They underline tech. to be used is SAP BI & Bo, fetching data from primary

Source SAP ECC .

Suveer Bhatia would lead this project along with 2 senior consultants Jitendra

and Malllesh.

This imitative will pay our journey through Anand Group & CA is confident of

penetrating through Anand group with our portfolio & Services.

Aggressive Initiative for Success Factor & HANA Migration

ConstAccent jointly along with SAP has embarked on an initiative

to promote SAP Success Factor & SAP HANA migration.

ConstAccent had initial rounds of meetings with India as well as

APJ SAP managers to plan the initiative.

ConstAccent would be going with extremely aggressive plan as

part of their GTM. We have already identified few accounts &

working on many more to make this initiative successful.
