Pool Rules
• Pool Hours: Dawn to Dusk • All minors must be accompanied by an adult • No diving or running • No glass allowed in pool area • No drinks or smoking in the pool • When entering the clubhouse or office, please make sure you have a shirt and
shoes on • All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times • BBQ area is first come first serve • Please clean up after yourself

Trash Compactor
Dear Valued Residents, I would like to address the issues we have had over the past few weeks with our trash compactor. We have had a couple electrical issues and a delayed pick up which caused the compactor to overflow on several occasions. I would like to thank all of you for your patience while we have worked to get our compactor repaired and cleaned up. At this point, our compactor is working and I would like to remind all residents of the rules and operating procedures for the compactor. 1. Please place all trash fully inside the compactor, not on the chute. When the trash does not get fully inside the compactor, it can easily start to pile up and overflow. 2. Do not leave any trash outside of the compactor. 3. Please make sure the gate completely shuts and latches. This will start the compac-tor. If you see any issues with the compactor, please contact the office immediately so that we can address it. Again, thank you for your patience with this! Sincerely, Brian Rodriguez Property Manager
Ingredients • 2 pounds new red potatoes • 6 eggs • 1 pound bacon • 1 onion, finely chopped
Recipe 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until
tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and set in the refrigerator to
cool.
2. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil
and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for
10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
3. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until
evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
4. Chop the cooled potatoes, leaving skin on. Add to a large bowl, along
with the eggs, bacon, onion and celery. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to
taste. Chill for an hour before serving.

• Every pet must be picked up after. Anyone in violation will be fined $50
per accident. • Trash Alert! Please be sure all trash is getting put in the compactor. No
trash may be left outside apartment doors, in breezeways, or common areas. Any violators will be fined $50 per bag!
• All minors must be accompanied by an adult throughout community.
Minors MAY NOT be in the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, or business
center unsupervised!
