    Distribute slow movers to all stores where fast movers areavailable.

    Improve merchandising Use Available display stands keep them filed

    Provide new display stands

    Control Expiry Rotate near expiry stocks form one store to more stores

    Sell short expiry stocks first

    Send expiry reports on time i.e 3 months before expiry
