Directions:Whisk together all ingredients in a small bow. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.

Burger recipe:1 1/2 lbs. fresh lean ground turkeySalt and pepperOlive oil1/4 red onion, fi nely chopped8 slices goat cheese, sliced 1/2-inch thick4 multigrain hamburger buns - split and grilled(optional)Creamy Dijon sauce - aboveTop with fresh leaf lettuce, tomatoes and red onion rings

Directions:Preheat small skillet over medium-heat then add olive oil. Place diced red onion and pan and cook until lightly browned, about 7-8 minutes.Preheat barbecue or griddle to medium-high heat.
