JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (1)• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or

residential properties.

WHY DO I WANT THESE JOBS?

• Because I am good at it and like working with my hands as well as meeting new people. I do need constant challenges in my daily activities and this position matches with my personality, education, skills and years of experience. I am dependable, like to arrive on time and help to develop whatever that needs to develop to make betterments. I like to compete and to win by showing hard work ethics, honesty in a fast space environment. I like to do what I said I would do… I always finish what I started.
