JulieAnn Weber CONSULTANT – FLORIDA A recognized thought leader, change agent, and creative thinker, with ability to build relationships and lead cross-functional teams to achieve unprecedented results, Julie Weber possesses over 24 years of experience in end- to-end medical device development and commercialization, product portfolio strategy, sales management, and competitive market analysis. Throughout her career – which includes two decades as a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies – Julie has partnered with senior decision makers to create and execute business growth strategies for the eye care industry as well as other segments of the healthcare sector using insights from custom market research and scenario planning methodologies. Specifically, while at J&J, she led a global cross-functional Breakthrough Project team to develop and launch a novel medical device in record time. Using Insigniam’s Breakthrough Principles the team brought what was formerly thought of as impossible to fruition, cutting months off from both the FDA submission timeline as well as the global product launch schedule. The resulting product became the #1 selling global contact lens brand within 18 months of launch. With new products identified as the growth driver, Julie was tapped to create a new organization model for identifying, prioritizing, and resourcing new product projects. The organization wanted to take new product development from a one-off event to a ell-integrated, sustainable process. Julie and team used Insigniam’s methodology to develop and launch a holistic process encompassing every function in the organization and every geographic region, resulting in a new cadence of launching two new products per region per year when the past involved one new product launch every two to three years. When not diving into the needs of her clients, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, fishing, boating, cooking, gardening, and camping. Education: Bachelors of Science, Chemistry, University of North Florida MBA, Marketing, University of North Florida Six Sigma Trained Graduate, Johnson & Johnson Talent Acceleration Program, 2009
