Julia Leung, SBS, JP, Under Secretary Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, HKSAR Julia Leung was reappointed by the HKSAR Government as Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury in June 2012 after a 4-year term. Her current portfolio includes securities market development initiatives, development of renminbi business and financial market cooperation with Mainland China. Prior to joining the government, Ms Leung had worked at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority for 14 years, with the last eight as Executive Director (External). Her responsibilities at the HKMA included coordinating and launching a US$3 billion Asian bond fund project in which official reserves from 11 central banks in Asia were pooled and the introduction of RMB banking in Hong Kong in 2004. Denis Tse, Ambassador to Asia Institutional Limited Partnership Association Denis is currently the Head of Asia – Private Investments with a top 10 US corporate pension fund. He has been in the Asian venture capital and limited partnership industry since 2000, having worked with J.H. Whitney, Warburg Pincus, HSBC Private Equity (now Headland Capital Partners) and CDIB Capital. He was the first Kauffman Fellow from an Asian venture capital firm. Denis has an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc from Northwestern.

Doug Coulter, Partner

LGT Capital Partner Doug Coulter joined LGT Capital Partners in early 2007 to lead its Asia Pacific private equity investment activities. Prior to LGT, Doug was a Senior Investment Officer for the International Finance Corporation (the direct investment arm of the World Bank), based in Hong Kong and responsible for sourcing, structuring, monitoring and exiting Asian investments in the TMT, retail & consumer and life sciences sectors. Mr. Coulter has over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Alvin Li, Managing Director CCB International Mr. Li is in his seventh year running the direct investment department of CCBIAM. He has completed many outstanding private equity investments in China and led the firm to become one of the top PE firms in China. Previously, He had worked as an investment banker at Schroders and Standard Chartered Asia from 1992 to 1999. He was a CFO of a HK listed company and helped list the company in an effective way (the deal was voted the Best Mid- sized IPO of the Year) . He had also worked with Hutchison Whampoa Property Group as Financial Controller, China and Hong Kong Land (a member of the

Jardine Group) as Senior Investment Manager. He has over 22 years of experience in finance and direct investment. Mr. Li is a CFA Charterholder and qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working at KPMG, London. Derek Sulger, Managing Partner Lunar Capital Derek Sulger serves as Managing Partner of Lunar Capital, a control-oriented investor with an intensive operational focus on middle market businesses driven by Chinese consumer demand. Mr Sulger serves as Chairman of Yeehoo, China's largest baby apparel brand, and Sichuan Zhiqiang, a leading Chinese beverage business. Wing Hing Barry CHAN, Executive Director China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Ltd Barry CHAN, Executive Director of Investment Banking Department based in Hong Kong. He has over 20 years’ experiences in securities and financial sectors in Hong Kong and the Mainland China, including an 11-year experience as a securities regulator at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx). Since joining CICC in September 2010, Barry has been responsible for developing CICC’s investment banking business in Hong Kong and overseas. He led the teams to complete

the secondary listing of Kazakymys Plc and CapitalMalls Asia Ltd on HKEx, as well as the IPO of HKT, a spinoff from PCCW and the first stapled securities listed in Hong Kong in 2011. He is also involved in other capital market transactions including IPOs, debt issuances, M&As and follow-on issues, etc. Prior to joining CICC, Barry was the Assistant Vice President of the Listing Division of the HKEx in-charge of the review of listing applications of local, Mainland Chinese and international corporations. Chris Leahy, Co-founder Blackpeak Chris Leahy, co-founder of Blackpeak, is a former stockbroker, investment banker and CFO with more than 20 years’ experience in Asian business and capital markets and is based in Hong Kong. He is the former head of investment banking in Asia for Crosby and, prior to that, was an Executive Director of BNP Peregrine Capital. He joined Kroll in 2007 and built the firm’s Southeast Asian practice and was then appointed the head of its Asian business . He has significant experience in advising clients on M&A, restructuring and capital raising as well as risk consulting. Chris is also an authority on corporate governance in Asia and has been a member of the secretariat of the Asian Corporate Governance Association for the past ten years.

Qing Wang, President, Partner Shanghai Chongyang Investment Management Co., Ltd Qing Wang is President and Partner of Shanghai Chongyang Investment Management Co., Ltd. Before joining Chongyang Investment in April 2013, Dr. Wang was Managing Director and Deputy Head of Investment Banking Department at China International Capital Corporation (CICC) during 2011-13. Dr. Wang joined CICC from Morgan Stanley, where he was Morgan Stanley’s Managing Director and Chief Economist for Greater China during 2007-2011. Dr. Wang was the Head of Economics & Investment Strategy for Greater China at Bank of America during 2005-07. In this position, he was also responsible for strengthening and implementing IMF’s policy surveillance policy framework. Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Maryland at College Park, USA, where he concentrated in international economics and public finance. He also holds a B.A. in economics and an M.A. in macro-economic management from Renmin University of China.

Joseph Chee, Managing Director, Head of Global Capital Markets, Asia, UBS AG Joseph joined UBS in 2000, returning to Hong Kong from New York in that year. Immediately prior to that, Joseph worked in the investment banking group of Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney, based in New York. In Asia, Joseph initially joined the investment banking team and in 2004, moved to the Capital Markets Group. In 2005, Joseph took over responsibility as Head of Equity Capital Markets for China. Shirley Xie, Partner Greater China PE Funds Assurance Leader Shirley has more than 17 years of professional experience from Canada, Hong Kong and China. She served a wide range of financial services client, with a special focus on the Investment Fund Management industry in the last 7 years in particular Venture Capital/Private Equity Funds. Shirley serves international and local clients. Shirley leads the private equity fund assurance business in Greater China which is largely based in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Shirley has extensive experience in many areas of advisory for asset managers including internal controls review, due diligence and acquisition support in both Taiwan and the PRC, review of compliance with the Financial Resources Rules of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance, assets under management certification work and preparation of compliance and procedural manual for asset management companies. Shirley has been involved in every aspect of a PE fund operation such as fund set up, LP reporting model, fund accounting, fund audit, due diligence of portfolio companies, IPOs. Shirley has also been involved in a number of significant regulatory investigation projects for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in the past. Shirley is a frequent speaker at industry seminars and conferences and is an active member of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Private Equity Association, China Venture Capital Association and other alternative investment management industry associations. Shirley actively maintains a continuous dialogue with the relevant government authorities in China to promote the private equity industry in China.

Vincent Chan, CEO Spring Capital Vincent is the CEO of Spring Capital. Vincent has 21 years of experience in private equity, and has made over 40 investments in growth companies in China since he began investing there 20 years ago. Vincent was previously a Managing Director and an Investment Committee Member of JAFCO Asia, serving as the Co-head of the Asian private equity funds. Prior to JAFCO Asia, Vincent was a private equity investor with Suez Asia and HSBC Private Equity (Asia) based in Hong Kong. Vincent commenced his professional career in Standard Chartered’s corporate finance division there. Lorna Chen, Partner Shearman & Sterling Lorna Chen is a partner in Shearman & Sterling’s Global Asset Management Group and leads the firm’s asset management and investment funds practice in Asia. Alvin Ho, Managing Director; Deputy CEO Chepstow Capital Advisors Alvin Ho (42) Managing Director and Deputy CEO of Chepstow Capital Advisors Limited and Executive Partner of Chengdu Tiger Cub Pan Ji Yin Ke Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) responsible for investments in Greater China. Alvin joined Chepstow in January 2010 following a 13 year career with the mid-market private equity business of CLSA in Hong Kong. Li Yaom, CEO China-ASEAN Investment Cooperation Fund Dr. Li Yao has over 19 years of financial experience. He is the CEO of China-ASEAN Capital Advisory Company Limited and the Chairman of Investment Committee of China-ASEAN Fund Management Company, where he is responsible for executing the overall investment mandate of China-ASEAN Investment Cooperation Fund, which is a PE Fund initiated by China Central Government with a targeted size of US$10 billion. The Phase One of US$1 billion has been in place by October of 2011.

He was most recently the Head of the New Business for China/Mongolia Market for IFC of World Bank Group, where he was responsible for leading a group of investment professionals with different background, and also being the S-S Champion for IFC Asia Management Group to promote South – South cooperation for IFC’s investment. Prior the 13 years’ experience with IFC, Dr. Li was a co-head of Investment Banking Business for Bank of China, where he was responsible for setting up the domestic securities business for BOC. Lawrence Chu, Managing Director BlackPine Private Equity Partners Lawrence Chu joined Shikumen Capital Management (HK) Limited, the manager of BlackPine as a Principal in 2007, subsequently in 2010 he founded BlackPine as a spin-off that focuses on private equity investments. Yang Diao, China Investment Banking JP Morgan Yang Diao currently covers clients in the TMT and Consumer sectors, and financial sponsor clients in China. Between 2009 and 2011 Yang was Co-Head of China Corporate Finance at JPMorgan, leading and overseeing all capital markets transaction execution for JPMorgan’s China clients. Yang has been with J.P. Morgan since 2004, and has also worked in J.P. Morgan’s Financial Institutions Group, covering banks and insurance clients in Asia Pacific. Yang has previous working experience at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston. During his investment banking career in the U.S., Yang also advised TMT and financial institutions clients on IPOs and M&A transactions. Sha Wang, Director Asia Alternatives Advisor Hong Kong Sha Wang is a Director of Asia Alternatives and leads the Shanghai office. Ms. Wang co-leads the overall Asia Alternatives RMB capabilities and RMB investments. She is also responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management of dollar denominated private equity funds in China. Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, Ms. Wang was a Principal at Cybernaut (China) Investment, a China and US-focused private equity and venture capital fund with assets under management exceeding $500 million. Prior to 2008, Ms. Wang was a Vice President and Director of China investments at Opus8, a private investment firm in Washington DC, where she was primarily responsible for the China fund and direct investments in the service sector.
