JUDGMENT

This action having come before the Court for a trial by jury, the Honorable Leigh

Martin May presiding, the issues having been tried, and the jury having rendered its verdict

in favor of Plaintiff R.W., and the Court having issued a permanent injunction in its October

29, 2015 order, it is

Ordered and Adjudgedthat Plaintiff R.W. recover from Defendant Board of

Regents of the University System of Georgia the amount of $75,000 in compensatory

damages, attorney fees in an amount to be determined, plus costs and interest at the legal

rate from the date of this judgment to the date payment is made in full, and that

the conditions on R.W., as dictated in Defendant's letter to him of August 30, 2013, are

hereby ordered lifted; no current conditions should be imposed on R.W.'s ability to reside or

remain in Georgia State University housing other than those applicable to all other students.
