The grounds for the recall are as follows:

A complaint has been submitted to you as the Superior Court Judge stating that Mr. Barry Soetoro (aka Barack HusseinObama) is not qualified to be on the 2012 Primary ballot because he is not qualified as mandated by Article II of the USConstitution. All candidates must be natural born citizens; a personwhos Father and Mother are both U. S. Citizens andwho has been born on U.S. soil. Mr. Soetoros father is a foreign national of Kenyan. This makes Mr. Soetoro ineligible tohold the office of President of the United States.

Complaints have been submitted to you stating that Mr. Soetoro is using bogus birth certificates, stolen social securitynumbers and a false Selective Service card to identify himself to the voters throughout the United States. You have failedto report these crimes to the Sacramento County District Attorney and the appropriate law enforcement agency.

You have failed to acknowledge this complaint as part of your duties as the Superior Court Judge. You merely say theElection Law forces you to pass the matter on to someone else. Therefore we intend to recall you.
