Site SupportFor each of your sites a local account manager will deal with individual issues. Staff will be available to deliver training on our web platform. A team of web developers are available to handle any technical difficulties.
We recommend the following milestone/review schedule:
1. A 1-month implementation period where initial contact is made in Week 1.
2. In week 2, full training is provided at each site in regard to Ordering systems, specific stock requirements, relationship building, payment methods etc.
3. Week 3-4 allows for any additional products required by your sites to be sourced and fully ranged in the local distribution warehouse to meet expected order levels.
4. A 6 monthly performance review thereafter where any value adding or cost cutting initiatives will be advised/assessed and implemented.
