Be Careful:There is still a place for face to face classroomThere is still a place for pen and paper
Taking an existing training course and simply turning it into an e-learning presentation does not improve the learning experience.
Only use e-courses and e-tools because they improve the learning experience for the learner.
Only use e-tools where it is appropriate to do so.
