REGISTRATION PROCESS – TIME LINE

Notes:- 1. Please use Internet Explorer version 10 or above, Firefox and Google Chrome to get the best

view.

2. Fill all the mandatory fields which marked in “*”

3. All the information entering in this form are subjected to validation process and should submit

the supporting documents as and when the validation executives requested for the same during

the validation process.

4. The subscription period will start from the date of order confirmation

1.1. Open the Business Gateways web portal by using the link: http://www.businessgateways.com/

1.2. Click on “Registration” at the top right corner of National Page.

1.3. Open “JSRS – Oil&Gas” to get the online application form

1.1. Company Profile Edit (Profile Management)

1-Home Profile: Profile Description: Please provide profile description about your company (Mandatory) 2-Corporate Profile: (please check the followings)

- Style of Incorporation (eg. Your company if -LLC or Partnership or private limited ..,etc)

- Employee strength - Upload your company Logo - Edit registered contact details and address -

3-Management: (Fill the management information – not mandatory) 4-Achievements: (Fill the achievements of your business – not mandatory) 5-Market Presence: (Fill the branch information and clients reference) 6-Product & Services:

- Product Catalog :- If you are dealing with any products add at least one - Service Catalog:- If you are dealing with any services (At least one product

or services is mandatory) -

7- Activities :- Select the activities of your company add it to the table(Mandatory)

8- Lookout: (Product or services that you are looking for the suppliers)

9-Support Collaterals: (uploading limited to 1 MB each) 10-Contact Info:

- External Profile link: to share your profile(Mandatory) - Contact details

1.2. Payment Confirmation

Notes:- 1. Once you submitted the profile and the payment proof it will be subject to validation with

Business Gateways, it may take 3 working days to approve/ decline your submissions.

2. After approval you will get an email confirmation for going live with a Supplier Code, which will

be the reference for the JSRS for the further process.

3. To start the Tier 2 Process you have to get the above approval and access to the NBF dashboard

Tier 2 – JOINT SUPPLIER REGISTRATION SYSTEM – OIL & GAS (JSRS – Oil & Gas)

The Certificate of JSRS will be issued for the companies who successfully completing the Tier-2

Registration Process

JSRS APPLICATION FORM

The JSRS Application is the initial step for the Phase 2 of the JSRS System, where suppliers show their interest and readiness for the Oil and Gas Validation stage and from where they have to select and submit their product & services that they are dealing with Oil & Gas Operators

Please, follow the below steps to submit the JSRS Application:

1- Click on the Settings Icon on the top left.

2- Click on "JSRS Application"

3- The first page is a review on the NBF Profile, there is not editing option there. If you wanted to edit it, check the Profile Edit Page in the Profile Management. Click on "Next"

4- Click on "View to Apply" select and submit items both in the products & services for validation

5- Click on "Next" and then add the contact information

6- Click on "Save and Next"

7- The last page is a review of the Information added to the JSRS application, then click on "Finish"

- From the dashboard click “settings icon” - Select “Supplier Validation Form” Form from the drop down list

Mandatory Requirement of Supplier Validation Form (SVF) submission.

Please note that the following contents that are required to be uploaded by your company in order to

complete the Tier 2 registration process.

per ICV (fill the form and submit) (Applicable only for Oman

Companies)

Notes:- Oman supplier’s approvals on JSRS are subjected to successful completion of site visit to their

registered offices in Oman.
