4To fill the pipe line with water to check leakage( 1st inspection )a. Eyes / body injurya. Wear PPE (Safety goggle, Safety Helmet, Safety Boots, Overalls) b. Brief workers on first aid precaution as stated in the MSDSWorker

b. Personnel hit by flushing mediuma. Display warning signboard/barricade at least 1 meter to keep the other personnel away.Supervisor

To fill the chemical cleaning medium into the piping system (full)a. Leakage and causing flooding onto the surroundinga. Line check prior to commencement of chemical cleaning. b. Standby diaphragm pump to pump out the chemicals. c. Ensure containment tray and pump in good condition. d. Standby plain water to clean any spillage. Supervisor

6Continue chemical cleaning till the pipe lines are clear from debrisa. Unauthorized entry of personnela. Highlight in the VSCC and display warning signboard/barricade at least 1 meter. Supervisor

b. Eyes / body injurya. Wear PPE (Respirator, Chemical impervious gloves, boots, Chemical safety goggle and/ or Full-face shield, Eyewash station and safety shower. Acid suit, apron or overalls. Worker

7Visual inspection of filter bagsa. Personnel in contact with chemicalsa. Highlight in the VSCC and display warning signboard/barricade at least 1 meterSupervisor
