The 7000 series round corner and 8000 series square corner moldedplastic frames are designed for quality interior signage. Each frame ismolded in one of 7 matte colors: PEWTER GRAY, MEDIUM GRAY,

JRS has long been an advocate fornvironmentally responsible manufacturing evenefore it was politically correct to be green.

Through our long established manufacturingrocesses we minimize our impact on thenvironment by following a stringent philosophy thatncourages and expects the recycle and reuse of

enerated waste materials back into themanufacturing processes of our products. Forxample, waste from our plastic frame line iseground and used to mold new frames and ourluminum holders and frames are downstreamecyclable. Furthermore, to broaden our reach andecome even more environmentally responsible, weave developed our Environmentals line ofluminum holders, which uses a special recycledillet that is comprised of at least 75% postonsumer and industrial scrap.

At JRS, we also utilize local suppliers for

xtrusions, supplies and outside processing, such asnodizing, which minimizes the trucking needed toet our raw products to us, thus reducing our carbonootprint impact. Many questions have come inegards to the anodizing process and its impact onhe air, land and water. Anodizing, our aluminumoloring process, uses simple water-basedhemicals that are easily treated and release noarmful by-products. Liquid by-products from therocess are recycled and re-used within thenodizing cycle; while, the solid by-products aresolated and used in the manufacturing of manyther products including cosmetics, baking powder,

ewsprint and water purification systems. All-in-all,nodizing is an environmentally sound process.

Wood components used in the manufacture of manyf our custom frame systems are Composite Panel

Certified and are harvested in accordance with thetandards set forth by the Forest Stewardship

Council .
