Jr Field & Event Manager (M/F) TBWAGroup is probably the most integrated communications agency in Belgium (Brussels (Elsene/Ixelles)). We’re proud to work for CBC, Touring, Bpost, PlayStation, Albert Heijn, Credendo, Sodexo, … We’re looking for an enthusiastic Jr Field & Event Manager with a go getter mentality and a passion for events & activations The job As a Jr Field & Event Manager, you’ll work closely with and for your Field & Event Manager. You’re responsible to maintain the client’s relation. This is the basis for great work, good vibes and a profitable collaboration between the agency and the client. You’ll work on differents clients and are responsible for the budgeting & the operational follow-up (location hunting, people, catering, taking the lead on site, …). We work for business to business clients: events, activations, stands, road shows, … Organizing is your second nature and when things go wrong, you know how to keep it cool and how to handle it. Your profile • 1-3 years event experience, preferably with a higher education degree • It’s a must to be bilingual NL/FR but preferably a Dutch native speaker • You’re able to translate a concept into an activation or event • You have a researcher’s eye: you love to find the best suited location, venue, gadget or

relevant suppliers • Your personality? Energetic, enthusiastic and open minded • You’re able to manage your stress in a positive way • And next to that: organizing is your second nature, as well as being proactive and having an

anticipating mentality • Flexibility really means something since events don’t always happen between office hours • You can take the project to the next level by delivering on time, within budget and by
