The Company: J.P. Grosfilley “JPG”

With a team of 40 people, J.P. Grosfilley has a turnover of 8 M€

Created in 1973 by Jean-Pierre Grosfilley, the company manufactures standard molds for the automotive Industry.

Always looking for innovation, Jean Pierre “invented” a new product every ten years:

• First Bi-Components mold in 1983

• First Index Plate in 1990, transformed later in a “numerical” Index Plate

• In Mold Assembly “IMA” technology in 2002 with its first mold: a world première !

• And many more: Multi layer technologies, LSR Overmolding, Blowing injection on IMM, High precision components…

An history all about innovation

In 2011, J.P. Grosfilley has been accredited by the French Ministry of Research for its work on innovative molding

technologies, and is now recognized as a Research Center

Which has been recognized nationally

In 2012, J.P. Grosfilley has been awarded by the SPE “Society of Plastics Engineers” :

• The 3rd prize in “body exterior” for its sprinkler, behind Mercedes and Volkswagen

• The 5th prize in “power train” for its tank, behind Audi, Toyota and Volkswagen

Awarded internationally
