Case background in brief

JPMorgan Chase is one of the oldest financial institutions in the United States

established more than 200 years back. It has assets worth $2.4 trillion. It operates in

more than 60 countries having 260,000 employees scattered all over the world. It is a

leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small businesses and

commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset management and private

equity.
