Jordi Martin

Current Responsibilities

Jordi currently serves as the Managing Director for the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

business for Jones Lang LaSalle in Asia Pacific, and is a member of the Asia Pacific Regional

Corporate Solutions Executive. For the past 10 years, Jordi has been the driving force responsible for

building the firm’s market-leading facilities management capability across the region. He oversees

workplace strategy, change management and occupancy planning teams, and has led the development

of the firm’s supply chain management and procurement capabilities, driving increased productivity for

its corporate clients. Today, Jones Lang LaSalle’s facilities management business is a leading provider

in the region with a portfolio covering 15 countries, 260 million sq ft, directly employing over 7,800

people and servicing over 200 client relationships.

Jordi is a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Solutions Board which focusses on providing

innovative real estate solutions to companies across the globe and has been a key contributor in

developing the growth plans for Jones Lang LaSalle’s corporate business globally. He has served on

the Global IFM Board for the past 8 years and has been the Chair of this Board for the past 3 years.

The Global IFM Board directs and manages all of the facilities management product and service

delivery globally.

Jordi is the past Chair of the Regional Corporate Solutions Account Management Board and has had

executive oversight for the firm’s relationship with Citi, Deutsche Bank and more recently JP Morgan, in

the Asia Pacific region. He also sits on the regional Client Governance Committees for IBM, Intel,

Suncorp and ANZ Bank.

Experience

Jordi joined Lend Lease Corporation in Sydney in 1991 providing asset and property management

services in Australia. In 1995, he was appointed as General Manager for Lend Lease Property

Management – Commercial Division. In 1997, Lend Lease acquired the Compass Management and

leasing business of the US based Equitable Life Company. Jordi played a key role in developing their

corporate facilities capability within Australia for Lend Lease, leveraging the Compass brand.

In 1998 the Compass operations were sold by Lend Lease to Jones Lang LaSalle and Jordi was

instrumental in the integration of the Compass operations into the broader operations of Jones Lang

LaSalle both regionally and globally.

Education and Affiliations

Jordi holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from University of Technology, Sydney and Electrical Trade

Certificate from Randwick Technical College, Sydney. He is a member of CoreNet Global Inc,

AustCham Singapore and the Integrated Facility Management Association.
