I am hard working, creative and diligent with great attention to detail and problem solving skills. I believe I posess excellent creative and idea generation skills, which when combined with my department head and team leadership experience makes me a useful and very versatile creative leader with an excellent overall knowledge of post production processes, work�ows and current techniques. As a senior post production supervisor and department head in an advertising agency, I am able to manage junior members of sta� on all aspects of post production and facility maintainance - from data management, digitizing/ingest and project prep, to art direction, directing, transcoding and �nal delivery.I also have excellent and thorough technical knowledge which allows me to manage and administor large machine room and post production set ups, with fast RAID disk arrays and shared network storage such as XSAN and EditShare. I also have in depth, �rst hand knowledge and experience with many industry standard cine cameras. including the CANON 5D, RED Epic/Scarlet, SONY F3, ARRI Alexa and others.I have experience on many edit systems, and have worked on a huge variety on di�erent programme types and formats at all stages of the post production process from idea inception to online, grade and delivery. I have an extremely versatile software knowledge base, able to use Adobe Creative Suite and other motion graphics and creative software packages for motion design, compositing and various other forms of VFX work.I have developed skills in �lm digital intermediate, working with �lm negs scannned to 4k/2k DPXs and TIFFS, as well as pure digital work�ows such as the RED ONE aquisition format, Sony F series, and other solid state cameras. I have also worked on many di�erent video formats and deliverables - including HD, SD and Web/Streaming Video. I am used to delivering for broadcast and feature �lm to a very high standard with demanding technical and Q.C speci�cations. I have worked with a wide varety of clients, from drama directors to corporate/marketing managers and big brand advertising agencies, as well as everything and anyone in between.And most importantly I am fun, easy going and easy to get along with and am always looking to learn new skills and techniques to widen my professional knowledge base and allow myself and department to produce work of the highest quality possible.
