WE RECOMMEND WASHING YOUR WIG OR HAIRPIECE EVERY 6-8 WEARS

• Before washing your wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles with your Jon Renau paddle brush or Jon Renau wide tooth comb

• Hold wig or hairpiece under cool running water. Gently lather the hair with a capful of Shampoo while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling

• Rinse thoroughly with cool water until water runs clear • Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat dry • Gently detangle hair using your Jon Renau wide tooth comb• Spray with Leave-In Conditioning Spray (3-5 pumps) keeping away from base of wig or hairpiece

TIPS

• Allow wig or hairpiece to air dry naturally by placing on a plastic or wire wig stand. DO NOT blow dry• Styling is very easy with your Jon Renau wig or hairpiece. We recommend simply using your fingertips

or wig brush/comb for your desired style• If fullness is desired, gently backcomb hair using your wig or hairpiece brush/comb, then smooth the

surface hair over and apply Holding Spray • Do NOT use heat to style synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers)

• Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.). Excessive heat can damage the fiber

• We recommend using HD Smooth Detangling Spray with a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wig or hairpiece

Blend 2-3 pumps of Argan Treatment Mist with Blown Away. Using a round boar-bristle/nylon brush, work through hair in 2” sections starting at nape. Blow dry in downward motion to smooth and direct hair

Apply 2-3 pumps of Weightless Volumizing Foam throughout hair. Using a round boar-bristle/nylon brush, work through hair in 2” vertical sections starting at nape. Over-direct hair for optimal volume.

Liberally spray Boho Beach Mist throughout damp hair. Apply 2-3 pumps of Weightless Volumizing Foam, allow hair to dry naturally or diffuse for added fullness

TIPS• It is recommended to use professional grade heat styling tools with digital temperature settings to

control heat• Your styling tools should be set no higher than 350° F to help maintain the integrity of the hair• Spray Heat Treat Thermal Spray on to each section as you heat style to protect hair • Versatile 3-Way Hair Spray works great to help hold your finished style. Adjust the nozzle to “L” for

low, “M” for medium hold, or “H” for high hold, depending on your needs• When curling your human hair, you can use small metal clips to hold each curl while cooling for a

tighter, longer-lasting curl. For a looser, more natural looking curl, allow curls to hang while cooling• Boho Beach Mist can be used on dry hair to add texture and revitalize natural curl

Sales TermsAll sales are final. For your protection, we ask that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. You must however, notify your Account Manager of any order discrepancies within 5 days from receipt of goods.

Returns• Any item that has been cut, colored, customized or altered is not eligible for return.

• Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by your Account Manager. Customers must receive a return authorization number (RA#) or return label from their Account Manager. The RA# or label must be visible on the outside of the box, or it will be refused and returned to sender.

• Permission to return goods must be obtained within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. All unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.

• Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, including all packaging (hang tags, box, packaging paper, etc.)

• Any items not included on the RA will be returned to sender.

• Discontinued items are not eligible for return.

• All returns that are not due to shipping error, order entry error, or deemed defective by our quality control department will be charged $8.00 flat rate shipping fee, per return label.

• No returns accepted after 30 days of invoice.

• There are NO CASH REFUNDS. A credit memo will be issued. Credit card customers will receive a credit to their credit card, depending on the issuing bank this may take up to 3 business days.

Fees• All returned items will incur an $8.00 restocking/repackaging fee.

• All synthetic and HD items are subject to an $8.00 restyling fee per item if not returned in its original condition.

• All human hair items are subject to a $25 fee restyling fee per item if not returned in its original condition.
