even the oven. The variety of products makes any customised

combination possible at all times, satisfying and interpreting

the needs and styles of consumers and proposing different

types of matching systems, from modern and essential styling

features to the more classic and traditional ones. The range of

Jollynox has always paid great attention to

the choice of raw materials. In particular, it

specialises in selecting and processing stainless

steel, a fine material which affords excellent

Functionality Range

MaterialsJollynox has always paid great attention to the choice of raw materials used. Designing a kitchen means first and foremost picking the materials to build it: these result in the practical and styling qualities of the whole composition.The stainless steel used by Jollynox affords excellent resistance to external agents, a quality that ensures the material will stand the test of time.Color sinks are made with a composite mixture obtained from modified acrylic resin and micronised quartz. The mixture is coloured with special pigmented pastes. In J-Granito sinks, the natural granite, which is 75% pure, is teamed with the plasticity of colourless acrylic resin. The granite selection and the combination of its different shades lead to the finished product colour. The surface of J-Granito sinks is hard, non porous, similar to natural stone.

Matching SystemsThe increasingly popular idea of matching these elements is down to the desire to create a coordinated kitchen setting. When Jollynox products are being designed, special focus is placed on the possibility of having matching hobs, sinks and ovens. The users' personal taste and requirements will guide them in the correct choice.

Accessories and taps

AccessoriesThe sink area can be completed thanks to an exhaustive range of matching accessories: from the iroko or polyethylene chopping boards to the st. steel bowl covers, the colanders and the food waste disposer which reduces by up to 50% the quantity of waste to be disposed, significantly reducing disposal costs.

TapsTaps and accessories matched to any sink type are available; they are made of materials which guarantee a long service life and maximum user practicality.

EquipmentThe sinks each feature an overflow, 2” drain with rubber plug or 3.5” basket strainer waste.The majority of sinks features a 3.5 cm cutout for the tap.

Sink structureJollynox sinks have highly capacious and perfectly soundproofed bowls. The drainers feature deep drawing which ensures liquids flow more easily.

This electric oven operates through two heating elements at the top and bottom of the oven interior, which can be operated simultaneously or separately using a selector.This selector can activate a third heating element which acts as a maxigrill.The temperature is constantly controlled by the thermostat. This oven is ideal for the preparation of any type of dish.

This is a multifive electric oven which combines the versatility of cooking programmes with the functionality of a digital electronic programmer which grants total control of the cooking cycle. In addition to working as a clock and buzzer, the programmer also allows the user to set the cooking start and end time with the automatic switching on and off of the oven at set times, giving the user the freedom to manage his/her time.

This is a multi-function electric oven with six different cooking functions and rapid defrost: static oven, warming oven, browning oven, grill, fan assisted oven, fanned grill.The presence of a fan that circulates the air heated by the heating elements guarantees uniform heat distribution and affords the possibility of cooking several dishes concurrently, at the same temperature and with the same cooking time, without the flavours and odours mixing. The use of the fan alone also allows the rapid defrosting of food in excellent conditions.

The gas oven, thanks to the burner with steady flame, always guarantees uniform heat distribution.This oven reaches the desired temperature quickly and affords performance levels comparable to those of static ovens with considerable energy savings.The temperature is regulated by a thermostat fitted with a safety valve that prevents any gas leaks if the flame accidentally goes out. The combustion fumes exit through a special flue and there is therefore no need to drill the tops or rear walls of any furniture units.All gas ovens are equipped with automatic ignition to reduce the ignition and flame regulation to just one single gesture.

Functionality and safety Maintenance and cleaningSurface structureThe hobs on Jollynox cookers are made with deep drawing that allows the containment of any overflowed liquids: this avoids the risk of infiltration.

Extractable one-piece burnersThe hobs of Jollynox cookers are equipped with reasily extractable one-piece burners which can therefore easily undergo regular cleaning operations.

Eco-flameBurners with steady flames which provide high heat yields, accompany the hobs on Jollynox cookers; they optimise energy consumption and reduce toxic substance emissions by more than 50% when compared to the details established by the Norms.

Automatic ignition and rapid safety valveIt allows for the activation of the main switch using the knob; with just one action, you are able to carry out activation and regulation procedures. With all hobs, the spark plus is placed inside the burner, under the cap, away from liquids which may drip from cooking instruments and from any damage which may be caused during cleaning operations. The rapid safety valve blocks the gas flow, even with the tap open, in case the flame accidentally goes out. It is activated when the burner is ignited and thanks to the rapid thermocouple, it takes just seconds to function.

Front control panelThe front control panel on Jollynox cookers contains all the tools required to run and programme the cooking cycle easily and safely: the functions selector, the thermostat, the cooking programmer and the indicator light which indicates the electrical operation of the oven. Another indicator light also shows when the temperature set has been reached in all electrical ovens.

Heat-reflecting glass panelsThe door on Jollynox cookers features double heat reflecting internal glass to contain the heat inside the oven, limit heat dispersion and maximise the heat produced by the oven for cooking, thus reducing energy consumption levels and maintaining the external temperature of the oven door low.Vicky and Victoria cookers are equipped with a third glass that creates a genuine barrier against heat. It affords extra safety, especially for children who will thus avoid burning their fingers if they touch the oven door.

Internal shelf stabilityThe internal shelves of Jollynox ovens are especially stable because they run along a double rail along the oven interior sides. The cookers with a 90 cm oven can also be equipped with fully extracting telescopic rails.This solution is particularly ergonomic and safe.The shelves and trays can be fully extracted, thereby avoiding the risk of pans and dishes overturning.

Cooling system and tangential cooling fanSeveral Jollynox ovens are equipped with a natural convection overheating protection to control the external temperatures and keep them within the limits set out in the applicable safety standards. In addition, a tangential cooling fan is activated when the oven is ignited and produces a flow of cold air which, as it exits from the slits in the control panel, creates a barrier against the heat originating from the oven, further containing the temperature of the front panel.

Extractable and removable doorThe special balanced double-jointed hinges not only make it easier to open the door and clean it, but they also allow rapid and easy extraction of the door itself, without the need for any tools. Once the door is extracted, it can be disassembled, cleaned and then easily reassembled onto the oven in a few simple and rapid steps.

Easy clean ovenThe oven interior is made without any sharp edges or any welding points. In addition, owing to the vitreous structure of the easy clean enamel, the whole interior of the oven is even smoother: any cooking grease slides off for easy cleaning.

Self-cleaning panelsCookers with a 90 cm oven can be fitted with self-cleaning panels which not only guarantee the process, but they are also easy to remove and replace when necessary.
