Joint Officer History (JOH) contains all matters related to joint qualifications:• Joint Qualification Designations (i.e. Level II, Level III JQO, Level IV)• Completion of S-JDA/JDAL assignments• Award of E-JDA (Self-nominated) joint experiences• Completion of JPME (i.e. JPME I, JPME II, CAPSTONE)• Joint credit for JCS-J7-approved exercises/training (Discretionary credit)
Retrieving/reviewing JOH:1. Log into MilConnect Website: https://milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect/2. Click on Correspondence/Documentation Tab 3. then click JQS4. On the next page select "Continue“5. Click the Tab “Joint Officer History”

UNCLASSIFIED Self-Nomination Process
• ARNG and ANG JOM POCs review all E-JDA packets for quality control purposes ensuring supporting documents are attached, start/stop dates are accurate, etc.
• Self-Nomination boards are held three times a year -- February, June & September
• Self-Nominations must be submitted within 12 months of tour completion
• Once the E-JDA board is held and final results are verified -- the process to update an officer’s Joint Officer History takes approximately one to two months
• Please contact the JOM office at any time if you need assistance with this process!
