Subject: Joining Instructions – PG Students Fall 2014 Batch Dear Student

Registration and orientation session of MBA / MS (HRM) programs will be held on 05 September 2014 as per attached schedule of events.

You are required to bring along following documents for completing the registration process:-a. Original SSC / HSSC / O / A Level certificates / equivalence certificates (where

applicable) / transcripts/ degrees along with their attested photocopies.b. 10 x coloured photographs with names / father’s name and program of study written at

the back as under:-(1) 5 Photographs -- 1” x 1” size(2) 5 Photographs -- Passport size

c. Undertaking, by the students countersigned by guardian/parents and attested by the Oath Commissioner/Notary Public on Rs 100/- stamp paper for not participating in sectarian or political activities. (Sample attached)

d. Bio Data form & Particular of Wards of Army Personals form (where applicable) as per attached specimen.

e. Soft copy of passport size photograph with blue background (with Roll no, Name & Class) may please be emailed at regn@nbs.nust.edu.pk

f. Following scholarships are also available:-Scholarships Eligibility NUST Need Based

Scholarship (NNBS)Student having family gross income of Rs.40,000/- per month or less eligible may apply (form attached).

Punjab Education Endowment Fund (PEEF)

Student having family gross income of Rs.30,000/- per month or less eligible may apply.

Note:-(1).All the students are requested to use NUST gate # 10 for coming to NUST Business School. (2).Photo copies of academic certificates / degrees may be retained for your future requirements

before depositing the original documents at the time of registration. (3). Students desirous of applying for above mentioned scholarships will please fill in the attached

form and deposit it alongwith proof of income at the time of registration. Applications received afterwards will not be entertained.

NOTE: Students are requested to be seated for orientation session 15 min before start of the

orientation session. It is mandatory for all the students to get registered as per program given above.

They will be required to submit their original certificates / degrees / transcripts / equivalence

certificates (as the case may be) at the time of registration otherwise they will not be registered and

student ID cards will not be issued to them.
