The City and the Region is seeking a higher profile these days and the City of the future will only be as good as its leaders, be they in commerce, public service or education. The Future Faces members we have encountered to date have all the enthusiasm and determination that a growing City Region needs and the Future Faces programme helps develop and mentor these qualities.

Brian Hall, BHSF

At Deutsche Bank we regard our People as our most valuable asset and we are therefore delighted to support the development of young talent from across the Birmingham region through Future Faces. The opportunities the programme provides for them to connect directly with leading businesses will enable them to build their skills, knowledge and confidence, whilst at the same time networking with their peers – the future business leaders of the region. I am confident that Future Faces will be invaluable in helping them to achieve their full potential.

Paul Anderson, Head of Deutsche Bank Birmingham
