Join a WebEx Meeting Using your Mac When joining a WebEx event for the first time you will need to complete steps 1 – 18
You will ALWAYS need to join the WebEx interface and presenter audio bridge using the details from the presenter meeting invite.
Step 17 may be required each time, depending on your security settings.
Join the WebEx Meeting Console 1. OPEN the presenter calendar invite sent to you via email 2. CLICK the Presenter URL to join the WebEx Meeting
3. On the webpage that appears 4. ENTER your name (first and last) and the email address [email protected] 5. Click “SUBMIT”

6. A new page will load, click “JOIN”
7. Click “Download” 8. Click “Install Cisco WebEx Add-On”
9. Click “Downloads” and then click “Cisco_WebEx_ 10. Click “Open” Add_On.dmg” to open and install the file.

11. Click “Install” 12. WebEx will launch. If the meeting gets hung up on start, follow your browsers steps to allow the WebEx plugin to run.
13. click on “Safari”, then “Preferences” 14. Click on “Plug-in Settings”
15. Check the box next to “WebEx64 General 16. Reload your window by click the circle arrow Plugins”, set to “Ask”, then click “Done”

17. If prompted, click “Trust”, the WebEx plug-in 18. When you have successfully installed Meeting will load you will be joined to the WebEx interface
DO NOT join the audio bridge that pops up on your WebEx screen. Please see details below for presenter audio.

Join the Presenter Audio Bridge 1. Open the presenter calendar invite sent to you via email 2. Using your phone, dial the presenter audio bridge and enter the provided pin number
