Strengths • Color Palette includes bright
vibrant colors that will appeal to a younger target market
• 100% cotton-No dry cleaning
• Empire waist in order to give the illusion of having a curvier figure for younger consumer
• Comfort/Simplistic design, making it practical for summer activities
• Was a best seller last year which already gives it an edge over other garments
Weaknesses • Price point may be a little
high for our younger target market to afford
• Geometric patterns were an old fad from last season, trying to keep style fresh
• Spaghetti straps not as functional or durable
Opportunities• Garment allows for mix and
matching giving a more versatile arrangement to ones wardrobe
• Targeting junior market, who are very impressionable
• Coordinating colors between solids and prints which gives it a nice summer feel to it
