Registrations: You will be registered for the course upon submitting your completed registration form and paying the relevant fee. if you pay by credit card online, your registration will be confirmed on receipt of payment. if you pay by cheque or any other means, your registration will be confirmed when you are invoiced.

if more than one person from your company wishes to attend & you require separate invoices, please complete a separate registration form for each registrant.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis, until course reaches its capacity. if the course is full, you will be notified and will receive a full refund.

Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another person from your salon with notice to Sabre. We reserve the right to refuse admission.Please phone:

Cancellations: You may cancel your registration with notice to Sabre. if your registration is cancelled at least 3 weeks before the course commences, you will receive a full refund less a $17 AUD administration fee.

in the event of an international Artist presenting, if your registration is cancelled at any time 50% of your payment will be charged to cover costs of bringing out an international artist.

No refund will be given if you cancel your registration within 3 weeks of the course commencing.

Non-Attendance: No refund will be given for non-attendance.

Refunds: No refund will be given except as specifically provided in these terms and conditions.

Changes to the Course: Sabre reserves the right to cancel the course with notice to you. Sabre will provide a full refund in such circumstances. Sabre reserves the right to reschedule or change the venue of the course with notice to you.

Sabre reserves the right to change the speakers, revise the content of the course or make other changes to the course as required.

Course Materials: Sabre owns or is licensed to use the intellectual property rights in all course materials. No part of the materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, distributed, broadcast or modified without Sabre’s prior written consent.

You may only use the course materials for your own personal and non-commercial use, and only for the purpose for which the provision of the course materials is intended.

The material in the course in intended only to provide a summary and overview of the subject matter covered. it is not intended to be comprehensive nor should it be relied upon as a substitute for tailored professional advice. You should seek tailored professional advice before acting or relying on any of the course materials.

Equipment: You are responsible for any equipment, tools and other property (equipment) you bring to a course. Sabre will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or anyone else arising from you bringing or using such equipment. if you do not bring the equipment required to participate in the course, you acknowledge that you may not be able to participate in the course to the full extent required. You will not be entitled to a refund.

if Sabre lends you equipment, you acknowledge that Sabre owns such equipment and you accept responsibility for such equipment whilst it is on loan to you.

You indemnify Sabre for any loss or damage caused to Sabre arising from you borrowing and/or using Sabre’s equipment or from you bringing or using your own equipment at the course.

Models: You are responsible for any models you bring to the course. Sabre will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or your model. You indemnify Sabre for any loss or damage suffered by Sabre arising from you bringing or using a model at the course including any third party claims made against Sabre by models or other participants in the course. You indemnify other participants in the course for any loss or damage arising from you bringing or using a model at the course. Models will be required to sign a Release Form before they are able to be used in the course.

Participation in Course: You accept responsibility for your participation in the course. You warrant that you have the minimum level of competence required to participate in the course. You acknowledge that there may be certain risks involved in participating in the course and such risks may result in injury.

Sabre reserves the right to disallow you from participating in the course or part of the course if you refuse to sign the waiver or liability release.

Sabre will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you arising from you participating in the course or acting negligently, incompetently or inappropriately. You indemnify Sabre for any loss or damage suffered by Sabre arising from your participation in the course including any third party claims by models and other participants.

Certificates:A certificate of completion is awarded to each attendee who successfully completes a workshop. For successful workshop completion, 100% attendance is required. if a registered attendee fails to appear for a scheduled workshop or fails to complete the entire workshop, a course completion certificate will not be awarded. Certificates are not supplied for Look & Learn events.

Recording of Workshops and Look and Learns: We may record our events/seminars using video, audio or photography. You consent that we may use any material gathered for promotional and company use in any medium Nationally. Material such as pictures, audio and video will be used responsibly by us and only for purposes related to our business.
