Job title- IT Technician/ Ems-hvac / Electrical. Responsible for keeping all Honeywell and Johnson HVACs EMS system equipment in the district up and running . Includes scheduling all facility events, trouble shooting HVACs units and EMS systems, EMS updates upgrades, trouble shoot EMS controllers, ct, room sensors, supply sensor, fresh air actuators , identify the bad component and install new one. Planning and construction, getting bids, overseeing job sites. I have completed 8 new building from start to finish. 300- Wi-Fi APs that installed, data drops- 6,000, Fiber back bone 20,000 ft Also responsible for keeping Technology equipment up and running like, server, fiber back bone network communication system, cat3-6e, network phone systems, coaxial cable TV media broadcast, Cisco POE switches, routers, patch panels, wireless access points, blue print, data drops, design new construction layout and retrofit, ordering material, over see contractors, installs, trouble shooting projectors. Also repair, fix, and upgrade pc, server and Mac computers. Also any direct connect or network laser printer old and new printers to be installed, trouble shoot, work on, relocate, maintenance fuser kit. Gathering all technology equipment in the district nonworking or out of date and setting up an online auction. Duties include installing all types Of Ballast, plugs switches, contactors, panels, transformers,lights,T8,T12, low-pressure so demo, mercury vapor, medal highlight, EMT, rigid, parking lot lights, switch gear, chillers, kitchen freezer, pm work, maintaining generator, disconnecting portable building and reconnecting them, we have to take care of around 200 portables building and 50 schools.
