Kings Chase has been built using the very finest materials and craftsmanship. Every joint, every seal and every connection is checked and double checked before the home is handed over to the client.

The home has been constructed using concrete floors throughout, 3.2m ceiling heights, handmade sash windows.The house has solid 140mm block walls, solid oak doors finished with twelve layers of paint and lacquer, solid bronze door handles and hinges, tulip wood skirtings and architraves, fibrous plaster cornice hand finished on site. Nambian White and Lygourio marble floors with Celestial Brown and bronze inlays on arrival. The master bathrooms have Windhurst marble and bespoke vanity unit in hers and Sahara Noir and Nestos White marble and bespoke vanity unit in his.

Guest bedroom 1 has been finished using Bisazza winter flowers with pure Thassos marble vanity unit and Guest Bedroom 2 has been finished using Paris Ceramics individually crafted hand cut mosaic.

There are fully fitted dressing rooms in the master bedroom, designed and manufactured by Stephen Clasper Interiors and there are two laundry rooms and general staff accommodation designed and manufactured by Pepper.

Technology is at the heart of an Aspire home.

Heating is provided by a wet underfloor system driven by a gas-fired boiler.

Hot water and towel rails are driven by a second gas-fired boiler. Pressure is maintained using a cold water pump system, accumulator and two pressurised hot water cylinders ensuring hot water to all bathrooms at all times.

The master bedroom suite and all bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning and the whole house is ventilated by a heat recovery system.

A Lutron intelligent light system powers the ultra low voltage lighting system.
