Job Title: Technical Officer
Responsibilities:
Responsible to produce the technical drawing(s) and documentation(s), etc. by providing CADD design/ BIM models/ 3D rendering and drafting services for preparation of scheme & detailed design for building or interior design project(s)
Assist the Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager with daily tasks
Assist the control and coordinate of building or interior design project(s) from design to completion
Assist in developing design idea & concept creation and layout for building or interior design project(s)
Assist in delivering the project(s) for completion on time, within budget, comply to/ meet the quality standards and contract’s requirement
Assist in communication with suppliers, contractors, end users, etc.
Review the format of CADD drawing or BIM model submissions by consultants/ contractors to ensure in compliance with the company’s CADD and BIM standard specifications
Provide on-going support for managing project deliverables
Requirements:
Higher diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Architectural Studies, Building Studies, or other related disciplines
At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in CADD drafting and modelling; Degree holder with minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
Solid working experience in 3D CADD/ BIM applications (AutoCAD/ Revit/ Navisworks) will be an advantage
Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking and result-oriented with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Knowledge of the current legislations relating to building (including the Building Ordinance, Codes of Practice & Design Manuals) and basic contract law; Environmental related requirement and best practices in architectural/ engineering disciplines; Knowledge and experiences on event related industries
A good team player with mature personality, well-organized, independent and responsible
Good problem-solving skills
