Job satisfaction describes how comfortable an
individual is with his or her job. The happierpeople are within their job, the more satisfied
they are said to be. Job design aims to enhance
job satisfaction and performance, methods
include job rotation, job enlargement and jobenrichment.

Improving the work environment and creating a friendlyworkplace for the employees so that their stress level staysin control.
Providing incentives and rewards to keep the employees
motivated. Paying the employees what they deserve as being underpaid
is the most common reason for employee dissatisfactionfrom job.
Keep challenging the employees and keep setting goals for
them to achieve. Encourage communication between the employees and the
managers so that they know who to talk to when they have awork related problems.
