Roles & Responsibilities;

The position of COO is responsible for operations of the Company and acts as the controller in all matters relating to Operations and Maintenance of the Fuel farm, Hydrant system and plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and promoting growth of the Company.Responsible for monitoring overall Operations of Aviation Fuel farm and Into Plane services by the outsourced parties at CSIA Mumbai. Operating Existing Fuel Farm and Hydrant Fueling System Facilities at Sahar and Santacruz including commissioning of new Integrated Fuel Farm facilities being developed at Santacruz.COO provides the Leadership, Management and vision to ensure that the company has proper operational control, administrative & reporting procedures including safety & security of the entire fuel farm and ITP operations.To maintain close coordination with Statutory agencies/audits and ensure compliance of all the rules and regulations. Coordination with suppliers and Airlines for meeting their requirement and effectively maintain the business relationship.

Key Elements of the Role

1. Monitoring of the Fuel farm and ITP Operations (operated by outsourced party).2. Implementation of the IQCM, DGCA, JIG and OEM guidelines.3. Compliance of Operation Manuals, Quality control manuals.4. Ensure compliance of the terms and conditions of the Agreements.5. Compliance of DGCA and other statutory agencies like DISH, PESO, Pollution Control etc6. Implement Safety standards as per OISD.7. Work with the CEO on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder

relationships and assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.8. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.9. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives

through management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.10. Serve on planning and policy-making committees.11. Timely implement the work contracts.12. Close co-ordination with Fuel Farm and ITP operators on regular basis.13. Close co-ordination with suppliers and maintained the required inventory on regular

basis.14. Reconciliation of throughput/other data on regular basis.

15. Compliance with Agreements amongst shareholders such as License Agreement, Shareholder’s Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Transfer Deeds and any other agreement that would be entered by the company.

16. Monitoring disposal of redundant assets.17. Tariff and other filings with Airport Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) or any other

statutory body relevant for the business.18. Compliance to all statutory requirements.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe position of CFO acts as the principal advisor in all matters relating to finance and accounts of the Company and plays a key role in promoting growth and sustainability of the Company.The primary responsibility is to exercise overall control on the finances of the company and conducting the affairs of the company in a manner, which would ensure optimum and effective utilisation of funds ensuring compliances to all corporate governance norms.To facilitate the formulation of financial management strategies & planning, SOPs of the Company and management of financial risks, keeping in view the desired business results.Overall responsible for accounts finalisation, instituting internal controls, taxation, audits, financial reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliances, Cash flow management for the current operations as well as future plans of the Company.Key Elements of the Role
