What is JPP?The Job Placement Programme (JPP) provides salary support for Singaporean job-seekers registered with e2i to take on new jobs and undergo training. You can share with your hiring employer this programme and encourage them to hire you.

Eligibility • Singapore Citizen• 18 years old and above• Employment contract must be at least 1 year, with basic salary starting

between $1200 - $2500• All businesses/ societies/ associations registered in Singapore may apply

Company applies for JPP with e2i

Employer signs a Letter-of-Offer and receives a Letter-of-Acceptance.Company hires the job seeker

Company contacts Training Provider and send employee to either 1 of the pre-approved courses under JPP and complete the required On-the-Job training hours within first 3 months of employment

Employer submits supporting documents for claims with e2i after JPP completes

Job seeker who is< 6 months unemployed prior to JPP

Salary support of up to 70% monthly salary, capped at $2000 per month per employee for up to 3 months. Overall cap per eligible employee at $5000 per programme.

Complete at least 40 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT) within 3 months of employment

Complete at least 1 pre-approved course under JPP

Job seeker who is≥ 6 months unemployed prior to JPP

Salary support of up to 70% monthly salary, capped at $2000 per month per employee for up to 4 months. Overall cap per eligible employee at $8000 per programme.

Complete at least 50 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT) within 4 months of employment

Complete at least 1 pre-approved course under JPP
