How do I know that I’m doing my job safely?

The Job Hazards Analysis (JHA) process provides a work hazard and control description (called the Hazards Profile) and a Work Authorization.

The Work Authorization contains the following elements:

•A Description of the Work being analyzed •The Tasks incorporated into that Work•The Hazards associated with those tasks•The Controls required to mitigate those hazards
