BROKEN ARROW JOBS
Candidates must be able to pass a routinebackground check, physical, and DRUG TEST. Plantpositions require a minimum lifting capability of 65

PACKAGING SPECIALISTS - Responsible for handling raw materials through thefilm production process. This position requires the desire to work in a teamenvironment. Applicants must be available to work a rotating 12-hour shift. Ouremployees normally do not work more than 3 consecutive days and receive every otherweekend off.
LINE OPERATOR - Responsible for the technical operations, packaging andquality of the products produced on their line. This position requires basic mathskills and the desire to work in a team environment with previous plasticsexperience preferred. Applicants must be able to work a 12 hour rotating shift. Ouremployees normally do not work more than 3 consecutive days and receive everyother weekend off.
MAINTENANCE OPERATOR - In addition to the above line operatorresponsibilities, this position is responsible for basic maintenance andtroubleshooting tasks on their assigned line. This person will also assistmaintenance technicians as needed. Candidates must have a strong mechanicalaptitude and be willing to work in a positive team environment. Starting pay isdependent upon experience with excellent growth potential.
MAINTENANCE TECH - This position requires an Associates Degree inIndustrial Maintenance or a similar field. Applicants need to have a workingknowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatics and be skilled with varioushand tools. They must possess the ability to correctly diagnose failures andperform troubleshooting duties. Applicants must also be able to lift a minimum of80 pounds. Pay starts at $14-$15/hour.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - Responsible for the completion of an intensemanagement training program to prepare for management positions throughout thecompany. The ideal candidates will have a manufacturing related collegedegree/business degree (or equivalent).
