Job Statement

To help promote the Pre-Prep (Nursery to Year 3), efficiently process applicants and manage the pupil quantity and mix.

Principle

Measures (Need to provide details of the key performance indicators used to measure the effectiveness of delivery against each key accountability):

1. To be the main contact for all Pre-Preparatory telephone, internet and email enquiries and to work with families efficiently through from initial enquiry, Open Days, Personal Visits and onto joining the Pre-Prep School.

2. To run and oversee the Nursery management system, keeping it up to date to enable availability of spaces for prospective families to be seen. Also to manage session changes for new and current Nursery pupils.

3. To work with Pre-Prep Head, Deputy Head and Senior Leadership Team to arrange Personal Visits for visiting families and to conduct tours as needed.

4. Managing the KCIE and Safeguarding admin requirements for new Pre-Prep joiners and leavers.

5. To manage the Pre-Prep Open Days organisation.

6. To oversee and keep track of Pre-Prep pupil numbers and targets and to keep the Admissions Manager updated regularly.

7. Work closely with the Prep and Upper School Admissions teams to co-ordinate a joint Admissions plan for the whole school.

8. Develop and maintain a portfolio of relationships with key internal contacts, e.g. Heads, Senior Leadership Teams, Upper School Admissions, Marketing, parents groups, etc.

1. Support the Admissions Plan.

2. Process efficiently prospective enquiries and personal visits.

3. Follow up on all enquiries and visits.

4. Organise and lead, weekly meetings with the Head of the Early Years and Head of the Pre-Prep.

5. Arrange informal assessments for applicants to Years 1-3.

6. Review and put in place an improved admissions process.

7. Uploading all enquiries and visits on to the school database and maintaining paper files.

8. Help measure success of Open Mornings.

Essential:

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

Skills

Excellent written / verbal communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills.

Excellent time management and ability to manage several projects at the same time.

Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners and contacts at all levels.

Word processing skills.

Knowledge

Microsoft Office package and Google Drive.

Database experience desirable.

Experience

Credibility and presence to represent Clifton with parents.
