Associate / Senior Consultant- Managed Services Practice With the expansion of our business into Europe and South-East Asia, we are currently selecting the best and brightest individuals to begin the next stage of their professional development with our firm. Operating from our Offices on Hong Kong Island, as well as the offices of our Clients, the Consultant will work to help our clients source, attract, and engage the best talent and develop his/her skills on the path to becoming a Principal Consultant training and advising major corporations in the region. Working under the guidance of a senior partner, you will work to: Provide end to end recruitment and hiring process support external clients Develop relationships with the business stakeholders to work on strategic projects and Training initiatives. Work closely with RPOGs leadership to identify and advise on client recruitment strategy needs Source & screen candidates while managing the interaction between stakeholders. Market the Client's Employer Value Proposition to the target talent pools Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all recruiting activities to ensure hiring compliance with all applicable laws Advise on compensation packages and oversee on-boarding procedures Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed by the business. Compile project status and other related reports. What we seek in you: An ability to excel in business development and sales environments Independent, proactive individual with strong sense of personal ownership for your work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin Proficiency in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint and Word.
