Throughout human history, men have held differing views about the suspension of the Earth.

One Greek view taught that the Earth was being help up on the Shoulders of the Greek God Atlas.

Another view taught the earth was being held upon the back of four elephants who were standing on a turtle.

How could Job say with certainty that the earth hung in space on nothing?

This was long before the invention of telescopes!

God, who hung the earth on nothing & authored the Bible told Him!

When the Lord comes how can it be both day and night at the same time?

Throughout human history men have tried to count the stars.

Ptolemy counted 1,056. Tycho Brahe cataloged 777. Johannes Kepler counted 1,005. The total number of stars visible to

the naked eye is perhaps 4,000, counting all that are visible from every point on earth.

With telescopes, we have now learned that Jeremiah was right all along.

How could Jeremiah have known this great astrological fact?

Before deep sea diving equipment and sonar technology, how did David know this?

“In 1935, Professor H. Dam proposed the name “Vitamin K for the factor in

foods which helped prevent hemorrhaging in baby chicks. We now know Vitamin K is responsible

for the production of prothrombin by the liver. If Vitamin K is deficient,

there will be a prothrombin deficiency and hemorrhaging may

occur. Here’s where it gets interesting.

Vitamin K begins to be produced in the newborn male only on the fifth through seventh day of life. And it is only on the eighth day that the percent of prothrombin climbs above 100%. The only day in the entire life of the newborn that the blood clotting element prothrombin is above 100% is day eight! The eighth day is therefore the best day to perform circumcision. How did Moses know this” (Dave Miller, pg. 444)?

Job 38:16

It was not until recently that we discovered the great recesses of the Ocean.

One of these recesses is known as the Mariana Trench. This recess is 38,500 feet deep (over six miles)!

Is there any way possible that Job could have known about these great trenches in the sea?

The only way Job could have known this is because God who created the Ocean and authored the Bible told him!

We must ONLY follow the Bible!

We must love God’s Word.

We must study God’s Word.

We must live our lives by God’s Word.

We must tell others about God’s word.
