JM Single Ply Liquid Flashing Resin is a two-part, cold-applied, polyurethane-based

product which combines the ease of a liquid application with the strength of a

reinforcing scrim. The result is a uniform self-terminating �ashing ideal for tying

together JM single ply membranes with most common roo�ng materials.

GREAT FOR DIFFICULT PENETRATIONS

*Restrictions on warranty eligibility: 1) Not approved if another JM application will work 2) Temp limited to 41° F - 90° F 3) If ambient temperature is under 50° F degrees, make sure temperature is rising 4) Requires multiple primers
