SolutionWith stakeholder acceptance to proposed layouts, we identified and managed a suitable procurement solution to accommodate fast track design. The premises was successfully fully occupied during construction, the scheme was managed to minimise workplace interference while adhering to strict health & safety requirements.

ResultsThe project was completed within budget and programme Targeting LEED Silver and on track to secure Gold. We demonstrated an innovative approach to H&S including new ways of working for sub-contractors.

The co-located project team collaborated throughout with benefits including the efficient collation of brief from broad spectrum of stakeholders and efficient management of quality and time.

ChallengeTo provide full building surveying and project management services for this Grade II listed building. Big Project status ie £65M

SolutionA strategic property review was completed before fully refurbishing the 250,000 sq ft office space. Replacement of all main M&E services, plant and infrastructure was also carried out and delivered to BREEAM Excellent.

ResultsActing as client side project sponsor we successfully oversaw the design and construction, ensuring this large, complex three year project was completed on time and within budget. The project helped revolutionise the public sector drive savings through sub-letting of Government Estate.
