JÚLIA LINDEMANN – LIMITED EDITION Year of harvest: 2015 Classification: Vinho Regional Alentejano Type: Red wine Grape varieties: 50 %Touriga Nacional and 50 % Tinta Barroca Soil type: Mediterranean grasslands, derived from granite Production: 3.000 bottles Story: In honour of Julia, the oldest daughter of Dorina Lindemann, this extraordinary blend of Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barroca was created. Tasting: Intensive flavour of black fruits, lightly hints of orange blossom and a juicy explosion on the palate give´s the wine a unique touch. Trough the 15 months maceration in French barrels have the wine a dense structure and a long finish. Vinification: All grape selection and sorting is made by hand. Fermented for 14 days in old, vertical barriques. Aged for further 12 months in french oak barrels.
