Jim SilerChange happens! Better to develop skills to deal with it rather than be a victim of it.

Jim is a change manager able to assess, analyze, prioritize, organize and lead all aspects of business processes. He is at home from the Board level to the Construction site.

He has built organizations from the bottom up and also restructured them. One of the best was creating a full EPC capable team which operated on a fast-track, global basis.

“We had no tools, processes or structure. 36 months later we were fully functional and had a reputation for delivering the hard jobs.”

Recently he took a team in south Asia that was performing but losing margin on each job and turned it around.

Iain works with senior management groups to develop and maintain talent management processes aimed at selecting, developing and retaining future organisational leaders. Iain is certified by Lominger, to use the full Leadership Architect suite of products. Iain has 20+ years of experience using MBTI to enhance individual and team effectiveness.Iain holds a bachelors, masters, a doctorate in psychology and an post-graduate degree in Digital Learning Technologies.He is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.One of his most satisfying efforts was working with a major Industrial client on a Leadership and Development Center. “We started at a time when Leadership was just assumed to be a sidebar skill of Management. We turned that idea on it’s head.”
